It's a nice place to wait for someone else to get their hair done. Unfortunately, I had two mediocre or worse haircuts from two different hairdressers here. Nice people, but for that price there are better options in town.

My partner went in for a simple trim and they took forever to see him even though the place was empty. The hairdresser also cut WAY too much of his hair off, a trim does not mean leaving 1inch of hair left on his head when his original length was well past his earlobes. Yeah, not letting him go back there.

I signed in on their tablet and my name showed I was next. Instead of calling me back, the two stylists engaged in a conversation about Facebook and completely ignored me. Then, they brought a young girl from the back and proceeded to cut her hair instead. I left.

Two customers were in chairs upon arrival. I entered with another customer. A single customer was seated and waiting. I did not sign in as I had no desire to provide my phone number to them.I waited for the next 50 minutes as they (the three working stylists) escorted one new customer past the three already there, then watched as additional customers arrived and were moved ahead of myself and another waiting customer. Finally, one of the employees asked if everyone had signed in. Even though I had been seated there for over 40 minutes, she requested my (full) name and placed my name at the end of their list. I was not greeted upon arrival and no one spoke to me for 40 minutes. I am not someone who can be easily overlooked but they managed. Walked out. ROTTEN SERVICE AND ATTITUDE. Jim

At this location, the woman who cut my hair was talking half the time, and didn't do a very thorough job. I also have a stack of free haircut tickets. Every location I've been to accepts them, EXCEPT for this one. Expensive place for low quality haircuts. For that, I'll never come back.

My first visit there. My hair was halfway down my back, and it appeared to kind of confused them as much as I wanted cut off. I'm lucky, I guess because at 62 I do have all of my hair. It was getting in my way so it had to go. They did finally get it right, and I'm very pleased. Thanks, ladies!
