I took my son 12 months old and this was his first hair cut. There’s was no wait time walk ins are welcomed and my son was very calm with the lady cutting his hair. They did an amazing job for his first hair cut. Will be coming back!

Chow has been cutting my almost 3 year old hair since his first cut.she does amazing and I always ask for a difficult cut. He is food sometimes but sometimes cries and she does it wither way. Sometimes the vibe there can be hectic but they are cutting babies and kids hair that is hard! Worth every penny to me

The ladies here were very nice and did a great job of cutting my 3 year old daughter’s hair! I was worried after reading some of the reviews, but decided to give it a try and was pleasantly surprised. She got a lollipop and balloon and free hair bow. It wasn’t the cheapest place to go, but I feel like it was worth it.

I've been taking my son here for maybe a year and a half.... if you ask for an extremely simple cut they would do somewhat of an okay job. Anything that takes more precise skill... no point in asking. This very last time I shown the hairdresser a picture. I wanted a fohawk on my son, clean edge up and to not touch the majority of the top since I didn't give him a haircut for 6 months in order to grow his hair out specifically for this cut. I specifically asked her if she could do this and she said no problem. Well, it started off half decent, then once she started working on the top she chopped off a huge chunk of his hair which messed up the ENTIRE look we were going for... I mean the hair at the back of the fohawk was noticeably longer than the front. It was horrible! She put a TON of gel in his hair and once we got home I seen just how uneven not only the edge up was but the fohawk itself was extremely uneven... very noticeable. That was the last and final visit to this place. I only continued to take him there so long because he liked to get the haircut in the firetruck, and would received a balloon and lollipop. For the $17 plus tip we pay here... I might as well take him to an actual barber, get the cut I actually want and buy him a a balloon and candy afterwards. Never again

Took my son here for a haircut because of their yearbook picture and the Asian lady with little English messed his hair up. It was terrible and I was so pissed. The other more experienced Asian lady tried to remedy it but she couldn't do much. They decided not to charge a fee because the bad services were obvious but I was disappointed because they made my boy's hair looked horrible. No repeat business for me.

My son got his first haircut here. We went 12/1. He threw an absolute tantrum, but the lady cutting his hair (can't remember her name, will look at his card in the morning) was so patient with him. There was a man there too who, I assume worked there or was an owner? He assured me quite a few times that it was okay, they deal with this on a regular basis. After, he saw my defeated face. The lady who opened the store didn't seem really friendly, but everyone else was terrific! I was very hesitant to come here after reading the reviews, but I was very happy with my son's haircut. After the way he was throwing his body and head around, I'm amazed she did such a good job, and didn't cut off a chunk of his hair! He also lost his mind when she turned on the clippers, so she didn't use them anymore, until I told her to just use them.

Came there and there was one toddler almost done, we wrote or name, went to the HEB, came back, waited and it appeared there was another kid with that gentlemen he didn't tell them about. They told me I have to wait not him! Left and won't be back

Horrible job. While sitting there during my son's haircut I noticed she had no clue what she was doing so I decided to look up reviews. That's when I find out about the head lice issues. Since my daughter recently had head lice (not from here) I decided to ask about it and see if they took care of the issue. The lady (said she worked there for 11 months) claimed she had not heard of a live problem and tried to say it was another location. I don't believe her based on the way she responded. In either case if every employee wasn't notified or if she was lying we won't be back. Edit* It's the next morning and now that the gel is out of his hair you see how bad of a job they actually did. I'm going to dispute the charge with my cc company. Horrible. Not sure how they're still in business.

Would not recommend. My boys have been begging to go get the hair cut there so finally I gave it. When we first walked in the emoyees were fighting, it was very tense. They cut both my boys hair I wasn't too impressed they went much shorter than I asked and was very choppy. 1.5 weeks went by and I find out they both have hair lice, I understand it happens so I call just to give a heads up I'm almost 100% certain that's the only place they could have picked it up from. I go ahead and call just so.they are aware and they completely blow me off with an attitude and the "what do you want me to do about it" show we will not be returning.

We were very pleased with this establishment. As soon as we walked in they greeted us and offered us all a beverage and a snack. (Water/juice/fruit snack/goldfish) They were friendly and fast, but precise! My son's hair looks great! We will be going back for our next hair cut.

No idea why there are negative reviews. I brought my 15 month old and he screamed and cried the whole time, but the hair dresser was so sweet and patient with him. She was quick and did a great job. Gave both of my kids a lollipop and snack. Excellent job!

I should give it NO STARS!!! My Grandson contracted head lice from here, and seeing that a MONTH ago, another child contracted it HERE, along with others I decided to call! The said "I know" but that's it!!! How many people are getting hair done here, contracting head lice then SHOPPING IN THE STORE? Can we say MAJOR OUTBREAK? I'm SO INFERIORATED!!!

Awful, awful, awful. 3 of us and neither cut was right. Took them an hour to trim one of my kids's hair and it looked awful in the end. Had to take all 3 of us somehwere else to get it fixed.
