I’ve seen Nathan’s clients walk out the door looking fabulous. Great hair is what we really want from a salon, right? So here’s the bonus stuff: Joseph will make you laugh until your sides hurt. The witty banter between Nathan and Joseph will make you want to hang out with them all day. Brianna excels at multi-tasking to make sure your needs are met. The director of the salon runs everything professionally and pays attention to every detail – something I greatly appreciate. It’s the kind of place where you can be yourself, laugh, enjoy a really good latte and….have the BEST hair ever! Go see Joseph or Nathan and you will be pleased.

Ryan Wayne Salon is comprised of skilled and friendly stylists. They are up to date on all the latest techniques and trends, and have been trained to deliver exactly what you ask them for. They did an amazing job with my hair in a little less than 3 hours.it was damaged and a weird reddish brown color that had faded from a purple box dye, and I didn't expect them to be able to take care of it so quickly or so well. My wedding is coming up in a little over a month and I am happy to say that my hair will only add to the success of the day! They are definitely on the pricey side, so if you do go in expect to pay a lot for it. That being said, you get what you pay for, and they deliver. Go try it out!

I have had so many health issues and my hair was thin and just in bad shape—until she helped me find the perfect hair extensions and pieces. I have 2 different types of full hair pieces in different shades and both are amazing!!! You can wear them 24/7!! They are so light weight and comfortable it has changed my life!! This salon helps you get the perfect look whether it is a cut and color or hair extensions they really listen, and then make it happen!! I also had micro blading done for my eye brows and that was wonderful too!! Nathan, Joseph and the entire team go over and beyond to make you feel comfortable and special!! Love this place so much!!! Went for a consultation to add highlights to my hair so the gray would not be as prominent between colorings. I specifically told Joseph that my hair pulls red AND that I did not want to be blonde - just soft brown with highlights. He also suggested a Brazilian Blowout. After removing the first color my hair was a yellow/green. He tried to correct it and it came out a brassy red. In addition, the texture was unbelievably coarse from the blowout and chemicals added after. He knew I was unhappy and said "it might take several visits to achieve the look I wanted." I asked for a full refund the following day and the manager said they wanted me to let them try to fix the color. My followup emails so far have been ignored so I disputed the charge. I went to Renata Salon in Grapevine and they did a color correction but did not want to over process my hair because the follicles are so blown open. Thank you Renata! I cannot tell you how unprofessional I feel Posh has been. I referred a friend to them for extensions the previous week and she has spent literally thousands with them in the last month. Her extensions look terrific and I'm happy for her but really feel with all the money they are making on that referral they should refund my $500 willingly. I'm not one to write reviews at all. I have my own business. But I try very hard to make my clients happy and would certainly work with them from a financial standpoint if they are dissatisfied and communicate with them. I'm happy for all their satisfied customers and this was not meant as an affront to them. This was my experience and I have very damaged hair as a result. And when you have a bad hair experience it is really hard to trust that salon again.

I LOVE Posh Hair Studio. Joseph and Nathan are the owners and are the best at what they do. They are always stylish and have the knowledge, expertise and top quality to deliver what's HOT and current. They listen to what you want and can create a traditional or modern look and anything in between. The clientele is diverse from young to mature, male and female alike. Joseph and Nathan make the environment fun and pamper their clients like no other. It's like taking a day trip to Beverly Hills. :) You will leave there feeling like a spoiled princess (or King). The services offered are traditional shampoo, hair cut, blow dry/style and in addition, they offer Brazilian blow outs, top quality hair extensions, make up services and brow tint/waxing. I've personally had the extensions and never received more compliments in my life. They are thick, long, luscious and very natural looking. They also carry top quality salon products that you can't just find anywhere, such as the Shu Umera line, my favorite! If you are new to the area or are looking for someone awesome to become your hair stylist, this is the place. I've been a customer for 2+ years and recommend them to all of my friends. My hair is naturally auburn and as you can see, Joseph helped me achieve the blonde look I was wanting to try. I've never had anyone give me blonde hair that turned out this natural with such a great tone. I've recently returned back to a darker brunette and am in between extensions so I'll post several pictures to demonstrate their ability to provide whatever it is you are looking to do, style wise.

In October 2012 I was desperate for help with my hair. With 3 kids (including 1 year old twins) and a full time job, I hadn't had time to do anything with my hair for over a year (except tragically dye it at home with grocery store coloring kits). It is naturally curly and frizzy and was dry and damaged also. I finally reached a breaking point and searched for an upscale salon near my home in Collevyille. Posh caught my attention because they use Shu Uemura products, which I knew were exceptional. Posh made time to see me at 4pm the day I called for a haircut, and changed my life (this is not an exaggeration). Joseph took one look at my hair, said he could help, and worked on it until 8:00 that night (even though they closed at 6). Not only did he cut and shape it, but he also corrected the color and the texture that night. I hadn't felt that good about myself since the twins were born in July 2011. I've been a Posh fanatic ever since. Their technique and the quality of their service is unmatched in my opinion. I've been to many salons (including some of the most expensive in Dallas in my pre-twin days) and none were this good. Since then I've had monthly appointments to touch up the roots (gray) and to keep the shape looking good. I also get regular Brazilian blowouts to help keep the texture smooth and shiny. I'm thrilled every time I leave, and have never known anyone to leave the salon unhappy or looking less than amazing.

Honestly, I still cannot believe I found Ryan WAyne. I have had so many stylists in my life, including the ones I had when I lived in Manhattan. No one, not a single salon comes close to Ryan Wayne salon. The atmosphere is great, everybody works as a team, and most importantly, I finally found the best stylist, Nathan. He is so talented and truly loves what he does. I think he treats every haircut, every color treatment as a piece of art that he has created. I am so picky that I sometimes hate myself because I really thought no one can make me walk out of their salon truly feeling beautiful and not doubt myself about coming back or not. I am a very dissatisfied hair extension client. Was told I had 150 pieces of extension hair, I was counted later on by another hairdresser at 102 pieces. I was GROSSLY overcharged 1800$. The hair looks awful, it completely damaged my natural hair not to mention they cut my natural hair into an AWFUL haircut after assuring me they wouldn't and didn't. They refused to rectify the situation, said I was at fault. The "hair extension expert" was FRESH out of hair school and completely lied to me about the cost of the service until it was complete, at which point they refused any negotiation and left me with a huge bill and a need to pay someone else to correct it. DO NOT USE THIS SALON. Thankfully I have found a true extension artist, who has corrected their horrendous mistake. If you need hair extensions, go see Peggy at NV salon and spa in fort worth tx.
