She has consistently done a great job coloring and cutting my hair, will give the most professional opinion about what I want done, too. The salon has a great atmosphere and the staff is always very friendly and helpful, I will continue coming to Leigh Jacobs!

I love this place. They use all Moroccan Oil products so the whole salon smells amazing. Kimberly does my hair and she does an amazing job every time. Highly recommend them!!!

Awesome hair salon. I personally don’t have much hair, but I got my wife a gift certificate for Mother’s Day to Leigh Jacobs Salon because I heard a lot of good about it. She got a beautiful haircut, delightful highlights (no pun intended) and a splendidly botanical shampoo-age (is that a word?)! I could tell when she came home that the whole experience was a relaxing, refreshing, rejuvenating spectacular for her. She even mentioned that she enjoyed the conversation with those who work there. Five stars for giving her the type of Mother’s Day renewal that she deserved.

Overall, A great place. Everyone is so nice. Very accommodating to work with your schedule. The decor is simple yet chic, they aren't snobbish like many of the Salons in Frisco and I believe they do way better job than the high $$$ Salons found in Frisco. Highly recommend to all my friends and many too love coming here as well. Don't waste your time and gas to drive to Frisco for a salon when you have one in your backyard that is way better!

Me and my kids have been going to this salon for almost 2 years now (minus a 4 month hiatus to allow my hair to repair from bleach damage). I had been booking via online. Up until now I haven’t had any real issues with it because I’ve never tried to book anything within a few days. However this time, I needed a child’s cut/ shampoo and style by the end of the week. I found the available times online and I booked it. I had a 2:15& 2:45 appointment confirmed (via email). Now I will admit I confused the times and arrived at the 2:45 timeframe to be told we missed the entire appointment and she had someone else in the chair (apparently they had proactively cancelled my 2:45 because the cut came with shampoo and style - not noted anywhere on the website) I will give Sarien credit that she found another person to do the hair cut for us (appreciated). But my biggest complaint is blowing off the fact they just cancelled my 2:45 and making me feel it was my fault that the entire appointment was missed -Keep in mind I was never told my 2:45 slot was cancelled. When I asked the girl w/glasses (not Sarien) at the front desk about it she acted like I should have just known that the cut included shampoo and style and gave me the “it is what it is” attitude. When I asked her why someone didn’t call to see if I was on my way (2:15 appointment) I was abruptly told that they don’t have time to follow up with their clients (even the repeat clients). She said that is what the email reminder is for. I tried to explain that I had just had lasik and my vision caused me to misinterpret the “1” for a “4” and that we had just been waiting for the appointment to start (Again, I recognize not their fault) but clearly a phone call would have cleared that up. I live literally 1 mile and would have been there within 5 minutes I guess I’m happy for the salon that they are too busy for follow ups now...however you have now lost my business. But based on the response I received I really doubt they will care. Good Customer service goes a long way in my book. But bad customer service just leaves the worst feeling and I can’t shake it. There are too many salons out there, why spend my money at a place that just doesn’t care. To me it feels like customer service is old school and it doesn’t seem to be an important part of the business plan here. Therefore, I feel my only recourse is this review.

My first visit to Leigh Jacobs Salon was great! It was my birthday, I decided my gift to myself was to get my hair colored. I called because A) a friend told me they liked it and B) it's right next to my neighborhood and I didn't want to drive to the person I had been going to in the past. Sarien Tran did a great job and made sure we were on the same page with every step in the color and the cut. It's nice when a stylist takes the time to give their opinion and then let you make the final decision. I'll definitely be going back!

I’ve cut my hair there several times and it’s aleays been good, but this last time I had Shelby cut my hair above shoulder length for work and time reasons (which is not the norm for me!), it was nerve wracking. She DID amazing. Literally my favorite layers for my hair yet ever!! Love Leigh Jacobs. They’ve always treated me great!

I love love love this salon! All the girls are so sweet and friendly. I have been coming since the day they opened and have built a relationship with everyone! Leigh is the best! If I tell her I only want 1 inch off the bottom she will only take one inch off the bottom. It is such a relief to have a stylist listen to you. And not only does Leigh genuinely care about hair, I feel like she genuinely cares about each one of her clients as a individual too! Highly recommend this place!!!

I LOVE this salon!!! It is hard to find someone who is good at doing your hair ( for us women anyway). Whenever i first booked an appointment with Tori I didn’t know what to expect. But after that first visit I was very pleased and happy with the way my hair turned out. And since then I have been a repeat customer!!! Everyone is so nice!!
