Celeste was the worst hair service and person. Not only did she screw up my friends hair color. She came back - gave attitude and the owner was standing next to her. She never apologized for over processing her hair the first time - but when we came back for the "redo" she refused. She didn't know I worked for Modern Luxury magazine. And will be telling all my clients not to go. You never know who you interact with and "customer service is key" in the fashion world.
