Quoted one price then charged more once the job was finished. Then the braids were slipping out on my daughter's short hair. Then she tried to keep my child until I gave her the extra she was charging. Never again!

I absolutely love coming here. The ladies are super friendly and their work is amazing. They have been braiding my daughter's hair since April and we've never had a problem. My daughter is nearly 4 so it takes a special braider to braid her hair properly and loose enough so as not to hurt her tender scalp. These ladies always have just the right touch. I also had my hair braided and they were perfect. The braids lasted 3 weeks when braids (cornrows) normally only last about 5 days in my hair. For us, this is a 5 star service each and every time.

It was a nice and clean shop. The people were friendly and worked fast. You have to make sure you don’t let them braid your hair too tight as with all braid shops. Overall good price, good style, good people.

My original braid appointment from somewhere else got cancelled. I called Braiding R Us and they took me in right away as a walk-in. I’m very tender headed braids did not hurt. Although they did not have a large selection of different colors of hair, they helped me match the best option which blended in nicely with my hair. Since I was a walk-in and was a little worried about the past reviews, I did 6 simple cornrow braids waist level so far no problems. I was in and out within a hour...quick, professional, and convenient

Choose another shop! We arrived at 10am, 1 hour after the shop opened, but we had to wait 30 minutes for the stylist could eat. Why open if you aren’t ready? 30 minutes after arriving, the stylist finally got started. Then, halfway through, she stopped to do another style on a walk in. She made my 3 year old wait 45 minutes before resuming her hair. We never got a “thank you for waiting” when we left, we weren’t even thanked for our business. My daughter got two pony tails in cornrows and we were there a total of 5 and a half hours. 10:00-3:30. UNACCEPTABLE.

Have referred many people to this salon and Silva did an amazing job on my micro braids. Sad that I will be unable to return. I called Rose to have my braids taken down, I had done a lot of them myself but just couldn't finish the rest. Got there and she had her daughter start taking them down. I had braids with hair out and my hair was longer then that braid, which I explained to her daughter. I told her to cut at the knot and not the braid - she acted as if she understood and while taking it down it didn't feel right - so I touched it and she had cut the braid - which meant she cut my hair - more than 2 1/2 inches of my hair. When I said something they immediately started speaking in FRENCH, which is beyond rude and disrespectful - never acknowledged what she had done or apologized. My hair prior to the braids was at my shoulders and now because she chopped my hair it is just below my ear. Had to have my stylist cut everything to make it even. Will not be returning to this establishment and will make sure everyone I referred understands what happened.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE SHORT HAIR!!! I paid them $200 for box braids and was told that they would be able to braid my short, natural hair. I have been to several other African braiding shops and paid way less and my braids lasted much longer. I went to braiding r us and my braids were sliding out within the same week. I had to go back to them twice to fix them already and they fell out again. I will not be returning here ever again. $200 is a lot of money to pay for braiding that won't last 2 weeks.

Had box braids for a week and I have already lost about 10. And they are mostly falling out from my edges and taking my natural hair along with them. Have had my hair braided many times and I have never lost so much hair, from the front and especially in a week. Did not care for the service. Stopped my service to take care of a walk in, will not be back.

This the worst place crochet briada .I hour after my braids we're falling. The owner lacks integrity and xharaxych. She failed to make good on her commitment to fix the mess her employee caused. I scheduled 2 appointments each time she avoided me. I ended up removing the braids one week later. I called her todayt to request a refund she begin tol yelll on the phone. She was very rude argumentive and very unprofessional. She should consider taking a class on business etiquette and customer service. I'd there was a negative are star then she earned it. She could have avoided this issue if she would have shown for the initial appointment that she scheduled with me. She was an hour late never acknowledge me when she walked in
