I wish I could rate it 0 stars. I brought my nephew here because his usual barber shop was closed and he had received the worst haircut of his life. The woman that had cut his hair wasn't pleasent at all. We had walked out and he was in tears. I assumed it was because his hair was short but I looked under his hat and he had cuts all over his scalp. The next day I did proceed to call the store and speak with a manager who was pleasant but the damage was done. I do not reccomment bringing your children here. I would attach photos but it is not allowing me to.

I have been a customer at sports clips for almost 15 years now. Elise at Stonebridge has been cutting and styling my hair and beard for over 10. I have extremely big, nappy & curly hair halfway down my back and have also had hair as short as a 4 on top, taper faded down to a 1 on the sides and nothing has ever been too much for Elise to deal with. Over the past few months due to Elise and I sharing the same off days And me needing to be cleaned up for work I have had to roll the dice and trust another stylist not to ruin Elise’s perfection and both Ms.Diamond and Ashley have done wonderful jobs keeping me maintained and presentable! I couldn’t recommend a better place to get professional treatment from professional and knowledgeable women (not to mention good looking) All three stylists have made suggestions without being a pressuring Salesperson and the knowledge of hair and scalp upkeep Elise has shared with me is incredible a testament to the “MVP” treatment you will experience during your visit there!!

once was standing in line waiting to get my hair cut, some old man cut right in front of me and not one of the people standing behind the register said a word. Takes forever to get your hair cut. Once, I waited over an hour while other people came in and went back and got their hair cut. No one saying a word to me or giving me any sort of a ETA when I would go back. Yea, all and all I have had pretty bad experiences here and no great hair cut. One girl that works there is pretty good, however. Only reason I went more then 1 time.

First time I've ever been into this location. I, myself am a stylist at a Sport Clips in another state. I walked in and didn't receive a warm welcome or even acknowledgement. I stood looking at the product shelves needing to buy some product, no one asked if I needed help or if my boyfriend needed a haircut or any service, we left. I'm highly disappointed, I've been to other locations and they've gone above and beyond.

I travel over 15 miles, passing several other Sport Clips locations along the way, to get my hair cut and styled, as well as to purchase hair care products. This location is clean, conveniently located and well-stocked with a wide variety of hair care and styling products. Don't let the masculine name or sport-themed decor fool you. Women's and children's haircuts, styling and products are all available here! I recommend the "MVP treatment," which includes cut, massaging shampoo, steam-towel and shoulder/back massage (using an electric handheld massager). I keep my hair "military-style;" so, the knowledgeable use of balding clippers and attention to detail are important and greatly appreciated. It's not easy finding great stylists; so, if you're looking for excellence, this is the place for you!

I always get my hair cut here. I've bounced around from different locations but this one is my default. My hair is fairly simple though. I like how they never push the small talk either because I can only answer "what you doing this weekend??" so many times before I want to run.

I went in today to look for Ashley Bristow, but the staff and the receptionist there were very rude, and unwelcoming. They said she no longer worked there, but would not tell me where she went. I decided to stay despite the tone, but the wait time was right at a hour. It seemed as though every time I come here another one of my go to stylists is gone, and i am beginning to believe they are being run off. Frustrated, I decided to leave and went to the Sports Clips on Germantown Rd. right next to Dick’s Sporting Goods and Costco. To my surprise, not only did I find Ashley there, but I also found Lacy Roderick. Both of which have cut my hair on numerous occasion. The atmosphere at this location is vastly better, and all of the staff are warm and welcoming. Lakeland used to be my favorite place to go, but is no longer a consideration. I will be hard pressed to ever step foot back into that location. I recommend others do the same.

Went here first time after bad service repeatedly at supercuts, met Ashlely who instantly told me my style was wrong for me and my beard looked unkept. Its been 2 years and my wife says no one else but Ashley and Sports Clips touches my hair. The royal treatment you get for such a small price.

This place is generally good for short hair cuts, especially military haircuts. And if you come every 3-4 times, you get a massage for free and shower too which is pretty cool
