Over priced salon for low quality unskilled work! Thick curly hair needs to be fully blown out and dry before attempting to flat iron it. Stylist did a very choppy uneven hair cut and I had her to ask her twice to go back over it. The straighten job was aweful and left my hair frizzy and puffy! She didn't try to section any of my long hair or make my part even. Horrible experience horrible hair stylist and horrible manager complaining about other employees not washing towels in front of the customers. Go to Tiffany's Hair Spa where you pay for quality work by professional educated stylist!

Horrible ! took way more off than I asked for and looked nothing like how I asked . Cut my head with the scissors and was rough the whole time while doing my hair .I went for a cut and it took an hour ! Way overpriced amd I shouldn't of even paid them for what I got. I'm extremely disappointed amd upset with my experience

I really wanted to be nice. I went in for a cut because I haven't had a cut since I moved here. The lady was quiet, but nice. She showed me how much she wanted to cut and I agreed. I said I trust her judgment, since I know it needed it. She cut my length good but the layers are choppy like shelf. I am a stylist from a different state, so LUCKLY I was able to fix them myself. Not everyone can, so that is the only reason I am leaving this review. To save another woman from getting layers as disconnected and botched as mine were and NOT be able to do anything about it. Also after my cut, which I could clearly see the uneven layers but at that point I didn't want anymore chopping done, she told me she didn't want to blowdry my hair. I left with wet hair. UNPROFESSIONAL. I try to give other stylist the benefit of the doubt, I GET IT. But what I don't get is not wanting to finish the cut service that a client is paying for. I will attach photos of how she let me "air dry" and what it looked like when I straightened it once I got home.

A friend came here for a haircut. All he wanted was a medium fade. The women that helped us didn’t have an apron on and acted as the front desk employee instead. She said they weren’t aloud to have straight razors and chopped half his side burn off on one side. She blew all the chopped hair off his shoulders with a blow dryer and flung it everywhere. Then had no idea how to apply matte pomade.. Unprofessional and never coming back.

Horrible! Took my son in for JUST a haircut. She half cut his hair then told him to follow her to the washing chairs..I was confused,wasnt sure why she was washing his hair but I thought whatever. Go to checkout and ask if she does military discount..(its the mall,we have been shopping all day and used the discount at most places) anyways she says its active duty only..confused I said yes we are active and she says no, the person getting the cut has to be active and dependents dont count..ok whatever..then she says your total is $47!! I lost it. For a kids haircut! I asked to speak to manager and she said extremely rudely shes not here. I told her I wasnt paying almost $50 for a haircut and she better get on the phone. She ended up charging $30 which is still ridiculous. I will NEVER go there again!

I hate this place ! Went into to get a hair cut just my whole shave and it was all choppy after she did it. This place seriously sucks I wasted 18.00 bucks for a haircut that was terrible!! Do not goto this place! Save your time and go somewhere else

I have been here several times in a few months... first time Heather did my hair... dyed and a trim and eyebrows waxed... left looking amazing... second time Yolanda did my hair is a double braid and my eyebrows... left looking amazing... last few times Justice has done my hair in whatever insane braid I ask for and my eyebrows... left looking amazing! no complaints... they always get me in before I have to be at work... love this place...

I went here a couple years ago and it was the most mortifying experience. I just wanted my hair trimmed and to add a little blonde. I explained to the young gal that I was having issues with my hair (come to find out an autoimmune disease). She stood there and told me for about five min how awful my hair was and ran around the shop loudly talking about how bad it was and she didn't know what to do. I almost wanted to cry. The gal took a couple snips to my hair and it was done and charged me about 30$ + and the old lady had the audacity to come up and reinforce that she just wants her people to be honest and how great of a job "Charlie" did on my hair. I was so upset. I didn't know what to say. A week later I found an actual good hairstylist that I was recommended to and ended up with a FANTASTIC cut and color. Too bad I had to waste my money getting put down and embarrassed first. This place deserves -10 stars.

Called ahead for a waxing for my face they said sure come in 30 minutes. We can get you. Arrive there in less then 30 minutes the lady up at the front was rude to me said I never called i probally called mastercuts no one was even getting their hair done or nothing there it seemed. Told me i was wrong never called I must have been confused. Made me feel horrible like less of a human. She sent me to mastercuts where i went and the person and mastercuts were super helpful.

Paid 43 dollars for a haircut that literally took her 10 minutes. Didnt wash my hair, didnt wet it down, no layers or any sort of extra effort, and it cost me 43 dollars. If I want to pay high end prices I'll just go to a high end salon.

I have went to many different places and have had horrible results. I always leave happy at regis. Now I have a favorite stylist there her name is tonya. She is amazing!!! I highly recommend her!
