It was bad. I came here months ago. I spent about 6 hours here trying to get my hair roots back to bright light blonde. It was already bright blonde to begin with and all they had to do was blonde my roots, My current salonist does it every time it takes only 2 hours and I love it when they're done. But I couldn't get in with him and someone had recommended this place so I thought I'd try it. This place took over 5 hours and had to apply the product twice, so they dyed my hair and then washed it and then dyed it again all within 4 to 5 hour time frame then put me under heaters each time and my hair roots NEVER turned blonde it turned a dark blonde so I have dark blonde roots and (mind you my hair is bright light blonde to begin with and my roots are gray so it wasnt like they had to dye my hair from dark brown to light blonde )on top of that because they died it twice with no good results my scalp burned I will not come back here again. I went back to my current salonist and told them about my horrible experince it will take two appointments to fix the mess this place made to my hair and scalp but they can fix it. Lesson learned will not come here again. Ever.

Jenny was so amazing and she is such a perfectionist. I walked in after being turned away from 3 places because I have long hair an wanted 3 colors an after a 2 day process of getting red box dye out of my hair she was very patient and attentive I never at any moment felt uncomfortable an she made sure of it!! My hair turned out so beautiful!!Definitely turned some heads!!! Definitely would recommend her or anyone at Jenny's!!! They are amazing!!!!

I always see Tino!! I have never been disappointed by his skill. At one point I sat in his chair and gave him freedom to so what he wanted. I have long hair pass the middle of my back. He cut my hair to about shoulder length and put layers in. I LOVED it so much. He has a beautiful personality and will make you laugh. I'm heartbroken that we have moved to AZ and I can't use his judgment on what would look good on me.

I had a Brazilian treatment done by Sonia and I love it!! I have naturally curly hair and it certainly reduced my frizziness and straightens almost perfectly. All the staff were friendly and prices were very reasonable! could not have asked for better results and will definitely continue coming to Jenny’s salon!

I called in ahead of time to see if they do walk-ins and they said yes. They made an appointment for me just in case it gets busy which is fine. I walked in 10 minutes early and notified the owner Jenny, which is the same person that is doing my hair, that I have arrived. She said to take a seat and she will be with me soon. I sit down and start talking with the other customers about what they are doing with their hair. Soon Jenny called the lady I was talking to over to her. It's 6 minutes past my appointment time which is fine but I remember that the lady Jenny took actually wanted highlights and a hair dye. I know how much time that is going to take. If you have no room for appointments then don't make them. I will not be returning to this salon and I will recommend people to do the same.
