My hair is thick as thick can be, and I can never keep it short because it’s never been cut well. Until I went see Erin Penrod. She listened to the problems I was having with getting it cut (the only person who has ever listened) and she cut it THREE TIMES to make sure it was exactly like I wanted. And it was perfect! For the first time ever. I went back today to get my color touched up and a trim, and she did it again! I’ll never get my hair cut by anyone else now.

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL.!!!!-3 STARS. MADE MY SON CRY TRYING TO GET HIS HAIR CUT.HE IS 13,SO HE DOESN'T CRY EASY,ESPECIALLY IN PUBLIC . A SIMPLE FADE. A FADE! HOW HARD IS THAT?! This place is completely unreasonable. My wife's hair is unacceptable. The cut has layers on one side and none on the other. They cut her hair shorter than she wanted and not in the style she desired. After approaching them with her problem the only solution they could offer was a 15 dollar refund on a 97 dollar bill. She is a professional and around public everyday. Her appearance is important to her and for first impression she makes with people. The color on her hair that she was still charged for is okay but it doesn't change the fact that she is unsatisfied and has to walk around with a bad hair cut until it grows out enough to get it fixed.

Chris does a phenomenal job! He’s a hoot to be around as he does your do’ so if you’re going to be there for awhile take a seat and buckle up sister. Can not recommend him enough! And yes, you will walk out looking and feeling your absolute best.

Jennifer is a great beautician! She took care of my hair! Got it back to its correct color. So Jennifer is no longer there and I've been back twice when she wasn't there. I get highlights and lowlights this is the worst place to ever go if you want to get that done. They messed my hair up and turned it around a reddish golden color the first time and it took me three times to come back and finally Jennifer was back and she fixed it. Jennifer is no longer there and they did my hair again and did the same mistake the second time. I would never go back there to get my hair done. These women must not be beauticians just somebody they pull in off the street. I've never had my highlights done the way that she did it. My roots are more golden color than the rest of my hair. All they had to put in was Lightner. I was charged $31 this time half of it pretty amazing that you even want any money for what they've done to my hair. Especially since this is the second time that they have done it. My suggestion is if you're going for a cut it's good but if you want color highlights lowlights don't go there.

I had Nikki do lowlights on my hair and she did an amazing job! If you are in a hurry, I wouldn't recommend her because she is very patient and takes her time and it shows in her work. I'm a return customer for sure.

Went on a Tuesday afternoon for a haircut and get my eyebrows waxed. Just now noticed after a shower that I am missing a chunk from my eyebrow. Good thing the veritable plethora of long patches left on the back of my head could easily be glued to cover my missing piece on my eyebrow. Not only will I never return here but am seriously contemplating sitting outside to turn others away from what very may well be the worst experience getting my haircut in my life

The lady who cut and colored my hair was fantastic and I will go there again. Her name was Celia Nelson. I believe she was the manager. I was in town visiting family and needed my colored and cut. Great place I will visit next time I'm in town.

I don’t even want to give this place a one star review. There was no one there when I went in for a cut. I was handed off to a lady that I’m pretty sure had never cut hair before in her life. I believe her name was Diane or Diana? The other stylists never acknowledged my existence. I showed her a picture of what I wanted which was an inverted bob with long layers. She gave me short layers in three stacks on the back and then left the front WAY too long and didn’t even attempt to blend any of it. Then she tried to explain to me how to style my hair so that it looked like the picture. I don’t know what picture she was looking at but it wasn’t even close. I was absolutely mortified walking out of there. I ended up going to Great Clips to see if they could fix it and they felt so sorry for the terrible whack job that was done on my hair that they didn’t charge me a cent for trying to fix the damage that was done. Now my hair is SIGNIFICANTLY shorter than what I wanted because the stylist at great clips had to cut more off just to make my hair look decent. I have to wait for it to grow out some so i can go and get it fixed even more. I will NEVER go to Fantastic Sams again and if you go don’t let the Hispanic woman named Diane or Diana touch your hair. Whenever she got her license from should be investigated because she should not have passed.

I went last year for Highlights, a small trim, and asked for them to curl my hair and brush it out a little but to make it wavy. I don't remember the name of the woman who did my hair but she was a great multitasker in that she talked to me and did what she needed to so I wasn't bored in the three hours it took to do all of my hair as well as my hair turned out so amazing that I'm heading back THIS SATURDAY to get the same thing done. She helped me pick out an AMAZING toner because it was the first time I'd ever done anything with my hair and didn't know what I was looking at and she gave me some recommendations on what to do with it and I listened. She made me stand for her to cut my hair though which I didn't mind at all because I do have really long hair but we were making jokes about it which was nice. Their people are very kind and accommodating as well as they know what they're doing. I never knew why they were called fantastic at first but I know now haha. Definitely would recommend and have recommended this place to friends and family.

Zzz so very pleased with this place I went in to just get a haircut but the price of the haircut was a very good deal and left me room to get 7 highlights for $35 Plus the lady a very beautiful black woman sincerely cared about me frying my hair and told me what kind of shampoo and toner to use in fact I feel like I met a lifelong friend and I will be back for more thank you Fantastic Sams I wish I remember the ladies p. S. Not sure if you can see the highlights very well or not but if so they speak for their self
