This studio houses some of THE most talented stylists/cosmetologists I'm aware of. Personally, I've been getting my hair cut here for years now and due to a recent hair transplant surgery my stylist and I had to collaboratively figure out how we were to navigate the process of regrowth. Initially she cut my hair in a way that you could barely even see the scar only weeks after the surgery had taken place. Since then, with every haircut I get she has not only made it look outstanding she also emphasizes the importance of proper maintenance through products she's not just trying to sell me but that actually keep your hair healthy. All of the staff (not just my stylist) is warm and welcoming when I arrive which is proof they love what they do.

Went to my appointment for a massage only to find out that they let a regular just walk in and take it. Then they actually said I should come back another time. Even tried bribing me with a gift card because they clearly knew it was messed up. I had to find a baby sitter to watch my kids so I could get some me time and these ladies thought it was better to treat their walk in regular with the customer service I deserved. I'm so upset iim in tears. The one time I wanted to do something for myself. Single mom who works super hard in accounting gets off at 7pm tries to take an hour for herself and I end up more stressed than ever.

I highly recommend Studio 26. Unforeseen circumstances lead to me needing a last minute hair appointment for a wedding. The owner of the studio came in early on a Saturday to work me in (before the Studio was even open). She was warm, inviting and did an excellent job.

Needed a last minute haircut and they were able to squeeze me in! Veronica was great and did a fantastic job! We have also had to use a few times last minute when our daughter has gotten a hold of scissors and decided she was a trained stylist both times they were able to get us in within an hour of us calling and they were able to fix her hair using some neat tricks without having to cut an extreme amount off! Highly recommend Alyssa and Veronica!

I called here a few months ago to schedule an appointment and was placed on hold twice and then either the receptionist handling the calls hung up on me or I was disconnected. I never even got through. Then a couple days later I decided to try again...the phone line went to what I assumed was the owner and he asked if I could drive over to make an appointment as he was in a car wash and couldn't take my appointment. He also stated that the girls make their own schedules so I should walk in to schedule an appointment but it was unlikely I'd get in for the day I walked in, so I would have to take the time to drive back again for my actual appointment. I would first like to state how VERY inconvenient the phone service is for this place and second, how extremely inconsiderate the staff here seems to be. A customer who plans to pay for the services they receive from a business should not be treated so poorly. I will not ever get my hair cut here.

My fiancée went here and they butchered here hair so bad she had to spend another $50 at a different salon just so she could somewhat style her hair without everyone noticing how bad it was cut. The highlights were as if someone took a sharpie and colored in lines. Do not recommend and she will not be going back either. The manager on duty she complained too was very unprofessional and wouldn't let my fiancée voice her issues.

I explained that I wanted my roots to be colored but I ended up walking out with almost all of my roots showing. I called and got a new appointment rescheduled. After going back in to have this hairstylist "fix" my hair I ended up walking out AGAIN with disappointment. This time I had orange and blonde hair for about 3 inches and than it stopped and turned into orange, blonde, and BROWN! I would never recommend going here. I have never been so upset before. You would think the hairstylist would of looked at the hair before you walked out the door. She never gave me the opportunity to even look at the back of my hair. I think the worst part of it all was that this "hairstylist" had an attitude from the first time I walked in. Save your money. Trust me they wont even ask you if you would like something extra done. They just do it and you find out later when your bill is an extra $100 more than expected.

I call with a week's notice and I ask for a perm for my wife's birthday, I ask them for the most experienced lady and I said the I wanted a perfect job, my wife showed up and when I pick her up I noticed that the lady who did the job was only 18 years old, the job looked ok, 1 to 10 a 5, but when we got home and all that spray was gone, my por wife's hair looked like 20 year old barbies hair, well used, I hope this helps them, because good reviews are great but bad ones makes us better!
