I have been coming to this location for almost 2 years and have been treated well on most occasions. However, during today’s visit my 8 year old son and I were treated very rudely by Stephanie. We checked in online and when we arrived Stephanie asked us if we did just that. She never told us to check in again by typing in our phone number. Then she called for another client when we were clearly ahead of that client on the check in board. She then very rudely informed me that we hadn’t checked in and were not next in line. I’ll likely never return to patronize this business.

I wish I could put less than 1 star. I am so sick of the lack of staffing. There are six chairs in there and never more than two people cutting hair. I cant even remember the number times there is a long LONG wait or they are not taking anymore haircuts. Clearly you all like turning people away.

We stopped in and the store was empty. Stylists weren’t working but we were told there’s a 90 minute wait due to online check-ins. Wouldn’t even consider working in a four year old that would have taken five - ten minutes. Asked if we could be on standby for any no shows. Employees were rude. Poor service. Clearly not efficient at all.. sad.

There are two barbers here that I love and another that made a great first impression. Amanda is the best. Taylor did a great job with my toddler while Amanda was on maternity leave. Beth did a killer job on my last cut paying great attention to my requests. I've been going here for two years and have no desire to inquire elsewhere. I would love for this chain to develop an app for online check-in.

I think after many years of being a faithful customer I feel like I am changing where I get my haircut...terrible service on my last 2 visits...my last haircut I went to the Bridges at 57th and Western and when I arrived and there were 2 people working...there were a couple people there and 2 waiting on the board...there was no sense of urgency to keep things moving along...I waited 15 min and at 25 min to the hour...one of them started sweeping up their hair for 25 min...then both stood at the cash register talking...the one clocked out and left...you can't tell me she couldn'thave cut one more person hair at least....the other stood at the desk for 10 more minutes before finally taking another person back....After 40 min of waiting I finally left and drove across town and got in after a short wait....today I tried to check in on the app at 6pm at the Eastside location and it said it was not working....so I arrived at the Eastside location at 7:30pm...there is a full half hour left until closed...there were three people there to cut hair and two people getting there hair cut and none on the board...I no more than walk in the door and was told...we are full for the night...I used to always have great service but now very disappointed...now it is late with no way to get a haircut before the Holiday.
