Merissa does a wonderful job on my hair & takes her time when doing it. You can tell she truly enjoys what she does. Her salon is very welcoming & cozy. The products she uses are natural which are very healthy for my hair as I have very thick and course hair. I highly suggest Merissa to anybody who needs some special TLC on their hair! She definitely had the knack for making me very pleased!

Merissa does such a great job! My family has been going to her for over a year now. She's great with my son and I always leave feeling very satisfied with how she has colored my hair. All of her products are natural and organic and if you are lucky, you may get a neck message with essential oils while your color sets! She is passionate about her job and her clients! Definitely something I look for in someone who I trust to do my hair as well as my children's!

Very disappointed with the service I received from Merissa at Revive Salon. I tried to contact her by phone, text, and email and have yet to receive a response 3 weeks later! I wanted my hair dyed baylage and it’s mostly one color except my bangs which have a lot of highlights on one side, but barely anything on the other side. The color is nothing like I expected at all. Also, my hair cut was so uneven I had to go in to get it fixed by another stylist since Merissa would not respond to me to. I have now lost a total of 5 inches bc the cut Merissa gave me had such choppy uneven layers! She was not having a good day when I was at her salon and asked me some of the same questions 3 times while making small talk. I wouldn’t be putting this review up if she answered my messages. I am very upset that I paid $140 for a job that needs to be completely redone. I will be going in to get my highlights fixed by another stylist next weekend. She needs to work on your communication and professionalism.

Super disappointed. I am visiting family and doing my hair in the Midwest is cheaper than NY. I was made to believe she would be securing an appointment for me and had chosen not to seek other hair stylists out. I can’t speak for her work, but I can speak for her communication and that alone makes me give her a 1 Star. I had reached out to her three weeks prior to when she was suppose to do my hair and then she just stopped answering my texts after she said she’d text me the quote. If she was incapable of dying my hair then she should have simply said so because I would have looked into other salons, but by the time I realized she’d ghosted on me it was too late to find another salon.
