The hairdresser, Tori, was not only late to the appointment and ended up not doing my hair at all but charged me full price and refused to return the money. As a business owner, and a "professional" Tori is supposed to hold herself to the SAME, if not HIGHER, standard and adherence to her policies than her clients. Very hurt and disappointed.
