My experience was wonderful.I was greeted so warmly by Celia.I was treated with respect and my hair was done perfect and in a timely manner. Celia is a great stylist and I will be returning back as a regular customer.

Do not let Celia touch your hair! She literally took out so much of my hair that she left PATCHES! My scalp was flaky, itchy and my head was in pain for over a week. When I saw my hair and actually touched it I almost had a nervous breakdown. I had to cut off 10 years of growth so my hair would grow back evenly. My husband called her and she was all apologetic and offered a full refund...I was like that's fine. Well I call last Friday to go get it and she doesn't answer. She calls me today a week later and comes at me about how I should have told her I didn't like my hair, made a bunch of excuses that nothing she did or used took my hair out when there's was pile of it on the ground. She insulted me and said I neglected my own hair ( the conditioner i put in my hair a week before tangled it so bad I couldn't comb it myself which is why I went to get it done in the first place!) and victim blamed me like I did this to myself. She then had the nerve to ask where I got my hair fixed and the name of the person who did it and because it's been over 48 hrs (a notice she's just made up) and someone else fixed my hair and not her, she's refusing to give me my money back. I was going to just let it go since it was a week and i never heard back from her but that phone call today was petty, unprofessional and bad business. There is a reason her salon is empty.

Took my daughter to see Celia this morning for a blowout and trim. She was very professional and asked us a lot of questions regarding my daughter's past hair regamen. In the end my daughter loved her hair. We've already made our next appointment. Thank you Celia!
