Surprised and disappointed by VERY rigid gift certificate policies. I have always pleased with their professionalism. As a fellow business owner, I thought this was not a very customer oriented act. I get the need to have rules and make money, but the lack interest in the customer seems out of synch with their salon feel and the local business attitude in Lexington.

Wonderful experience! I love my cut and especially my color! I have had some AWFUL color jobs over the years and with my hair being super thick it can be a challenge but Lori worked a miracle. I highly recommend this salon!

You feel like you are walking into the salon on Jerseylicious, but with more bling. I LOVE the shiny sparkle on the walls and mirrors, which is very awesome for a Lexington based salon. The girls are great and put a lot of thought and effort into creating their space. I got the Groupon to try them out and I will have to say they gave me the experience I was seeking. Lori and Jenna are laid back, jovial, stylist. The atmosphere is great and what you ask for is what you get. I will be going back.

Very good service here! Jenna, Sierra, and Lori are all wonderful people and wonderful stylists! Lori is my stylist and one if the best I’ve ever had to do my hair. She always does a great job!! Do your self a favor and make an appointment! You won’t regret it
