I was from out of town and needing a trim, they got me right in and Kayla (I believe that was her name) was so helpful in showing me products for my damaged hair. She took her time and really made me feel welcome. All the women working there that day were so nice and I felt really welcomed and comfortable. I have never had a good haircut (at other salons) but I took a chance at Regis and robin really made my hair so nice and it’s even and it’s cute. Basically it’s a curly haired dream. I didn’t notice in the salon how great it truly is til I got home and styled my hair. I’m so happy for once

I have a been going there for a while. After tonight, that will be in question. I have a business trip tomorrow and needed a quick trim. I arrived at this location at 5:40pm. I was turned away because the store was closing soon. I was told thay they sto taking customers thisnclose to closing tine. Since the posted hours are until 6pm, and a cut for me takes about 15 minutes, I thought there wouldn't be a problem. However, the girl with the pink hair didn’t care and turned me away. I knew it was close to closing and was repared to tip more than usual. So, she missed out on extra cash. Now, I have to make a business trip looking less than my best. Question: If you stop taking customers before your posted closing hours, why do you stay open? You should take customers up until your posted time.

My family used to go here all the time. Tonight they told me they wouldn't cut my son's hair because he wasn't over 3 years old despite having his hair cut there twice before. EDIT: Wife convinced me to return two months later. They cut my son's hair and said kids had to be at least two. Hair cut was fine.

This was my first choice for my kids to get their haircut, but after my most recent experience I am done with them. Just a pure lack of respect for other people's time. I called to let them know I was running late (I know). Instead of them telling me if I'm going to be more than 15 minutes late don't come; they waited until I got there to tell me they couldn't help me. I drove 40 minutes across town to run into Columbiana traffic then told it was all for nothing. Thanks for nothing Regis. I'll make sure to tell everyone know not to come here. Just ridiculous... Had to come update my review because I actually gave them a second chance. I have to admit they did a great job. I think it's better going during the week.

The current stylists here work for the client and do an excellent job. This salon is well run by a seasoned professional, and all stylists have excellent experience and appear very willing to help you accomplish whatever your hair goals are. Regis sells many top hair products with fully stocked shelves. Pricing seems fair, not usually too long of a wait.

I called to schedule an appointment and they said they could see me in 15 minutes! Meredith was my stylist and she actually listened to me when I tried to describe what I wanted. I have a horrible habit of liking hair styles that just won't work for the texture of my hair but she understood what I wanted/needed. Within minutes, we had a plan and she went to work. She was very detailed and took her time. I had a pretty drastic hair cut/style and it looked and felt great...it was as if she read my mind! I will definitely be back to see Meredith! Thank you for a great experience!

Absolute best quality and service I have recieved in Cheyenne by far. I regularly see Kayla who takes the time to really understand what you want and exceeds my expectations every time. All the staff is super friendly and helpful, I highly recommend! EDIT: Ironically the same day I posted this review I recieved the worst cut and color I ever have from this salon. I waited a few days to give it a chance but I hate it more each day and cant wait to get it redun again. I'll leave the original text since i have recieved good service prior but I think I'll be going back to Foco from now on. Salon prices are way too high to not get at least close to what you want. To just get straight to the point I hate the color, the cut, everything. Its nothing like the pics I showed or what was discussed and it's the weirdest colors with too much yellow and a sort of silver, not to mention too much dark was added to what was previously blonde... I wanted more blonde so that's confusing. A big issue is my bangs they are quite noticeably too short, people have actually made comments about them already. She said "oh got them too short" at the time and then tried to make it right but I am still furious. When you say side swept bang I would assume anything short is not what comes to mind but that's clearly my bad I guess. I've now learned the hard way how important it is to be painfully clear and specific with the details like "NOT WAY ABOVE MY EYEBROWS PLEASE". I also told her I was going to a wedding and also have some other things I will be attending so it's the worst time to have a haircut and color you hate. Awesome. I tend to think salon prices are outrageous these days in general but especially when its wasted on something you hate it's a real let down and hard earned money wasted. My two cents

Have never actually had my hair done here but am shocked at how inconsiderate the staff is. Directly outside of their store is the toddler playground that the mall provided for parents to take their children to. While using the playground today multiple young kids were laughing and enjoying themselves and giving us moms a break. A security guard walked up and told us that we needed to tell our children (most under the age of 2) to “use their inside voices”...on a PLAYGROUND. If you’re a mother you know that a toddler has not yet learned the concept of an “inside voice”. Not to mention it was a playground, where I thought children were supposed to be able to have fun. Come to find out it was the staff of Regis that had complained and from the looks on their faces they found it comical and satisfying that all of the mothers had to leave. I am very disappointed in that staff member’s attitude and the columbiana mall in general. If you expect kids to whisper in your mall then DO NOT provide a playground. Clearly the staff at Regis today do not have children or any empathy towards mothers and kids.

I really liked the friendly service, however was shocked what my final price was! They did not have pricing posted. All I had done was hilites and a deep conditioning in which I never received the massage that was included according to their service menu. I assumed 120-150$ it ended up being 200$ that also included a 17$ toner that I have never needed in all my years of getting hilites! She told me to wait a few minutes while the toner set in and walked away! I never knew she was even putting it on , she obviously didn’t do it correctly and didn’t want me to know! I’ve never had this problem anywhere else! I should have stuck with the stylist from cost cutters who always did an amazing job for less! The end product- can hardly see that I had hilites put in! People tell me I should go back and get it redone for that kind of money but I’d rather not! I’ll go somewhere else

My heart was bleeding when the stylist asked me to look in the mirror. I would give 0 if I can. I came in the salon for the first time today for my appointment with Jana. When I arrived for my appointment, Jana was chatting/chatting/chatting/occasionally cutting a gentleman's hair. And she told me another stylist will work on my hair. While I waited for 25 minutes for the new stylist while Jana was still chatting/chatting/chatting with the gentleman. Then the horrible tragedy happened. I realized that stylist did not seem confident and was inexperienced in cutting people's hair. I almost cried when she told me to put on my glasses and to look in the mirror :..... I regret that I came to this look-destroying place :....

Made an appointment with them which included giving them my phone number. Arrived for my appointment and the stylist was busy with someone else and the other stylist was too. She offered me an appointment later in the day or to cancel her next one...when I asked why she didn't call me with the phone number I provided so I didn't waste my time coming, she just shrugged and was like sorry. Luckily I found out about their poor service prior to getting a hair cut. Made total sense why the salon was empty on a Saturday afternoon.

This place is the worst! Stay away if you love your hair. I went in and requested a senior or master stylist to do a natural ombré. I told her that I would like my natural dirty blonde hair to show and transition into the lighter blonde. I said I wanted to do this, so I wouldn't have to keep up with highlights all the time. I should have known, when the stylist requested assistance picking out the right color. She darkened my hair, to a horrible brown/red brown. Then she lightened my tips- to which she ended up frying my tips. I was so upset with it, I asked her to stop doing my hair immediately because I had to go home and wash out the mess she created with the products she put in it and the complete fluff of a mess my hair was in after she dried my hair. I called today, requesting a refund because I have to go and get my hair fixed at another saloon due to their inexperienced stylist. The manager refused to work with me and had very poor customer service skills. I repeat, DO NOT go here!!!

I stood there for 10 minutes before her client told her I was at the front counter. I asked her if there was any availability for a bang trim and she said there was not in a very rude demeanor. Yikes! I would not return here she can keep the attitude and I’ll keep my business.

Had my hair done at the Regis Salon in Cheyenne, Wy, April 2014. I think the girl that did my hair was fairly new. She was nice enough but talked alot about having no money (couldn't afford cable, etc., etc.). Was she hinting for a big tip? It took her a very long time to foil my hair as she had talked me into low lights. Didn't tell me it was 20 dollars extra and they don't look very good. Also, put a conditioner on my hair without asking if I wanted that at the end cost me another 20 dollars. My color is not at all what I wanted. I went in with a lot of roots that needed done but my hair was clearly a golden blonde color. I ended up with light brown/ash blond. I clearly told her I liked my blond heavy and very light so I'm not really sure what happened. My hair was not even to my shoulders and I was charged an extra 20 dollars for "extra long hair". With a 25 dollar tip my total was 181 dollars. I think she added charges to up her commission which I think is shameful. I did not complain because I hate to possibly get her in trouble and I don't think they could fix my hair without frying it from more color. Wow, what a waste of money. I am so disappointed and sick over this visit. I will never go back to this salon.

I recently went to Regis to get my hair highlighted. I talked to Ashley and she was to give me carmel and blonde highlights. It took her four hours to work on my hair. Then since the store was closing she was in a rush. She toned my hair to an orange color. Didn't finish my blow out as well. I went home hating my hair. I called the next day and wanted her to fix it. Ashley did get it the color I wanted after leaving bleach on my hair for three hours. Now my hair is falling out and super horrible. I have to now cut my super long hair because she had no clue what she was doing. To top it off she didn't finish the blowout and was pulling my hair cause she was upset.

Had a cut and wanted to color my gray and some low lights. Very disappointed. Low lights were great but my gray is still there except for the top two inches near my scalp. Got to my evening destination and my head iched, my hair was sticky in back and all along my face. I dont beleive all was washed out. Im from out of town traveling to Denver asked if i could get this corrected. Amazing that the stylist was not available to try and correct on either of the two dates i could do. No other other resolve. Charges were rediculous. I had been there 8 months ago and prices nearly doubled. I let her know that i was not pleased, but after sitting for 3 hours, i just couldnt do another 3 hours, Hope she enjoys that $50 per hour cause she sure did take me for a ride.

Ask for BREANNA! I got my hair done Saturday by someone else at the place and it was not what I wanted at all. Over sells product such as needing a deep conditioner or a toner. If the hair is done properly you would not need a toner. My daughter and I where both told we needed that. $25 for a deep conditioner ( $2 a pack at Sally's ) $ 25 for toner ( $6 at Sally's ) I feel like they count money not being honest about your needs. Also we showed a picture of the color we wanted and 4 hours later it is not that color highlight we showed in the picture . Neither of us Will go back .

Brooke is amazing to say the least! I came to her about a year ago, when another salon had messed up my blonde hair. She not only fixed the color, but added integrity back into my hair. As long as I am in South Carolina, I won't trust anyone else to even touch my hair. My daughter in Michigan even went to Brooke when she was in town, because she can't find anyone to do her hair the way she wants, and Brooke gave her the most beautiful Ombre'. So if you are looking for someone to trust with your hair, and know that the integrity and quality of your hair will not be compromised. I would recommend Brooke.

I have previously left great reviews. Unfortunately, this is not the case now. I called to make an appointment and found out Zack was no longer there. They were not friendly at all when I called. Very disappointed- Zack was amazing and did great color. I dealt with the unprofessional discussions going on by other stylist in the salon when I would get my hair done because of how great Zack was. He would always try to distract away from their conversations, but sometimes it was out of control. Again, sad to hear he's not there anymore. Huge Loss!

Staff was friendly, hair looked good after they colored it and styled it. However, I've never had to have my hair bleached. I've gotten the same color done on my roots numerous times and not once has bleach touched my hair. Now I have hot roots, they tried using toner to help but it's still clearly very bright compared to the rest of my hair. When they styled my hair they put curls in it. Making my hair seem to have a very even color (besides the roots) and I was pleased. I straightened my hair today to come tout the realization that my hair is extremely patchy. I have Dark and light patches all over my head. It's less noticeable when my hair is in its natural curly state but once it's flattened out its terrible I don't know if it was just inexperience, or what. I'm not entirely pleased with my 100$ hair job and I think I'll go elsewhere next time.

My girlfriend and I are on our 30s, and Zach was the first person to point out that our curly, sandy blonde hair was going grey. As you can imagine, I was kind of heartbroken. Zack was more than understanding and told me, no worries. He then proceeded to give me the best highlight/color job I've ever had. My dense, and also fragile, hair was treated with the utmost respect. He was considerate of my tender-headedness, and worked with me to devise a coloring plan to keep the greys in line, as well as keep the hair healthy. It was nothing short of inspiring. The right hair color and cut can make you feel fabulous. Zack is also extremely personable and funny, friendly yet professional. He gave me the best products, and instructions to care for my hair. In this particular establishment, he's the best you will find. And I don't hesitate to say he's one of the best within the greater Columbia area. I had a bad experience with hair straightening here. The stylist pulled my hair so hard while washing and drying it that my scalp still hurts three days later. She didn't even give me a scalp massage while she was washing my hair. I paid $85 and was stupid enough to give a tip for a bad job. My hair is about as wavy as when I went in. Don't be fooled- the stylist seemed nice and knowledgeable but she should have been honest about the kind of results (not much) I would expect.

Reid does an amazing job!!! talked me through the whole process and made sure i knew what i was getting into before going with a pixie cut. had so much info about the process and the next few months to come. we were choosing between two styles so we went with the longer one. when she finished i wanted it shorter and she was happy to work on my hair for a little longer so i left with something i absolutely wanted!! definitely recommend
