I wasn't satisfied with my service at all. When I arrived at the salon (on time), Khadija wasn't there. So, I called her to find out what time would she be at the salon. She replied, "I'm a couple minutes away." In actuality she didn't arrived at the salon until almost 35 minutes later. Let me just state that I live almost 40 minutes away from her salon and arrived on time for my appointment. I asked for micro braids and they turned out a hot mess. All the braids were different sizes and length. The hair last for about 3 weeks and I asked Khadija before she done my hair will it last for at least two months. She replied, "Yes, it's good quality hair." I wouldn't recommend anyone to get their hair done at this salon. Please save your money and time. Go somewhere else to get your hair done ladies. I wish I could rate the service zero stars. The middle of my head was cornrow down and parted big. The left sided and right sided of my hair in the front was different sizes and length. I have pictures as well, to show people how my hair actually looks. You didn't ask me to take pictures of my hair before you start braiding. The pictures you have posted on your Facebook page. Don't show how my hair was braided in the middle. I didn't pay you to do a half job.

If you’re looking for professionalism then this is not the place to go! Very unprofessional staff! African staff speak their native language talking about the client and laughing about it!! The business is dirty and needs to be cleaned up!!! Their children are running Through business playing and they say nothing! My first experience of trying the braids and I was completely dissatisfied!!! I would not recommend this bussiness to anyone!!! I was very displeased with all of them because I know they were talking about me in their language! If I could give this business. 1/2 star, I would!!!0

Kahdija and her sister did excellent work! I am very happy with my style! She listens to her clients and my Senegalese twists came out perfect! I gave 4 stars because her shop could use a good cleaning, paint and 'sprucing up'. Otherwise WONDERFUL STYLIST!

Called to make and appointment a week prior, then called to confirm the day before., which was a Friday. I receive a TEXT not call saying my appointment was being cancelled because she did not feel good. I simply replied Ok Thank you. Ended up going to the African shop on Decker, I think her name is Fatou , and my hair is perfect. Friendly ladies and didn’t take long at all . They did about 5 heads while I was there. If you are looking for a braider please go to Fatou on Decker!!! (I hope I’m spelling it correctly). Those ladies are good at what they do and my head didn’t hurt at all!!
