One morning I realized that I needed a trim to get rid of my dead ends. I received a coupon to this salon and figured I'd give it a try since I am new to the area and didn't have a clue where to go. I called and they were able to take me right away. I told Richard that I just wanted a trim as I was trying to grow my hair out, and he said it would be an easy hair cut and that he would leave the layers long. He put way too much product in my hair, but that was not a big deal because I planned on washing it the next day for work. When I washed it the next morning and styled as I usually did, I was mortified. My layers were all over the place and not at all even. My shortest layer was about 3 inches above the longest. It was the worst cut I've ever had and I paid a top notch price! Since I had a coupon, I ended up tipping him a lot. I called when they opened and expressed my disatisfaction and asked that he fix it. I went in later that day, and Richard said that he just needed to smooth out the layers. He worked on my hair for another hour and, while it's much better than it originally was, I wish that I had never gone there. I just hope my hair will grow out before the holidays so that I can try to have it fixed...

Terrible wax job- Had my brows and lip done here. $27 OVER PRICED! First time she waxed my brow it didnt look like she did anything at all, so I told her I want alot more arch, so she started plucking with tweezers, finally said ok check again, I looked in the mirror again and didnt see much of a change once again I said MORE ARCH and once again she failed. FINALLY I just got tired of it and paid and left. Later I looked at my lip and saw that there was still hair on it as well! WTH! DO NOT GO HERE FOR WAXING!

Their advice is alway educated and I always leave feeling beautiful. They only use Aveda products and the quality makes such a difference in both my hair and skin.

This place is not the cheapest and not super expensive either (15$ for a haircut). Do yourself a favor and pay a little extra for a haircut, your family will thank you for it. The atmosphere is very relaxed and it is family owned.
