Extremely skilled stylists. And there isn't a lot of staff turnover. I have been seeing the same stylist for 4 or 5 years now. To me that is a sign of a well run business. The hospitality is great. The prices are very reasonable. This isn't a "mall haircut" type place. Hotshots is the real deal.

So I am not to familiar with Columbia SC due to my on the road traveling job. And I had a horrible experience at the great clips on harbison bv Columbia SC In which the gaurd came off and gaped my neck. But luckily I happen to pull into hotshots and meet Savannah. She did a outstanding job and her attitude and expertise is highly recommend. Definitely my new stylist.

Great place! I normally go to Sportsclips in NE Columbia but decided to stop here since I work down the road and was about two months over due for a haircut. This place is amazing! Real friendly people and Alli is an absolute sweetheart. I will definitely be coming here every three weeks for my haircut! Great work guys and gals!

Michelle was fabulous! I just moved into the area so it was my first time there the other day after Hotshots was recommended by a coworker. They washed my hair before and after, scalp massage, haircut, beard trim, complementary drinks, then a true shoulder massage (not one of those electric shoulder gizmos). all for $21 They treat you like a person, not a number like some at the chain stores. They also keep records of how they cut your hair. Just a well run business, all about customer service.

Great salon, love the flat screen TVs, they play great music, and the staff are super friendly... And the neck massage/head at the end is a great touch! They take notes on your preferences and save them to your profile so if you don't get the same stylist they can reference if needed. I'm a repeat customer, and will continue to visit as long as I live in the area.

this place couldn't be any better. from the hospitality of asking you feel comfortable and at home and offering a soda to the complimentary neck mesage, this place exceeds expectations and not to mention the staff is absolutely wonderful when it comes to getting the job done and getting the cut u want..couldn't be more pleased with Rebekah and the team at HOTSHOTS HAIRCUTS! they certainly deserve to be applauded! give HOTSHOTS a shot!
