I took my daughter in for her first real cut, she’d only had a few snips of baby hair before she was one and now she is 5 so she did not know what to expect and she was afraid. Heather did an exceptional job making Her feel comfortable and allowing her to forget her fears. I’m confident that the next time I tell her she needs to go get a haircut it will not be like pulling teeth because she loved Ms Heather!
