I am a new customer of Hair One and will be a lifelong one!!!!!! Whitney did a fantastic job and I love my new hairdo. She fixed the terrible haircut I had from a franchised store that I won't mention here. Not only did she fix it, she showed me how to take care of it, style it , etc. I highly recommend Hair one. also, the atmosphere and employees were friendly.

Went there to get hairdo for wedding. Just wanted curls in the back and simple style in front. Do not waste your money. I went hom and had to redo it myself. Incompetent for the easiest of hair styling.

Just moved to Irmo and needed a haircut last month! So Hair One was right there and they could take a walk in... Amber is amazing! She engaged a conversation, inquired what cut would like, gave suggestions and I walked out with a great cut. She is very professional. Now the whole family goes to Hair One.

Absolutely wonderful! I went to great clips about 2 weeks ago and the lady screwed up my hair. She gave me the exact opposite of what I asked for. I left horrified and in tears. I called Hair 1 and they said to come right in. My hair dresser was Amber. She was GREAT! I had to bring my 2 year old with me and she wasn't being the easiest to deal with. Amber dealt with the situation wonderfully, she even cut my 2 year olds bangs for free! She turned my disaster into a very stylish haircut and I am SO thankful. I would definitely recommend this salon.

Been going here for years and I don't know why. They aren't that great. Huge banner saying walk ins welcome outside. Yet half the time they turn you away unless you have a appointment.
