I only ask for Lyn and have never been dissatisfied. Kids, adults; male or female, he can do any hair cut and do it the way you want. Heather did my wedding hair and I loved it. I cannot vouch for anyone else that works there since my husband and I don't trust anyone besides Lyn with our hair.

I guess they don’t like money here. 3pm Sunday completely dead inside. Walk in wait ten mins. No one asks me how I’m doing. No one asks what I need done. One gay guy keeps saying “she’ll be right with you” yet I guess his fingers are broken and he’s incapable of booking my info. Rude as hell.

I fully recommend about half of the staff here. When I have gone in, it is always for something simple. But I leave very pleased. I think if you are doing a complete change of hairstyle, this isn't the place. But, those trims and bangs and men's cuts definitely a good experience with the results you want. No gaps or crooked hair. However, again, for a more complex service, this is not the place. Good and thorough people here. Always kind and professional.

I love, love, love Angela! I've been to other "upscale" salons and spent WAY too much money on my hair and NO ONE has come close to giving me the perfect cut that Angela gives me! I've even had to have her FIX a haircut that another salon did who charged me over $100! I wont trust my hair to anyone but Angela.

I asked for a TRIM. Lady (I don't know her name. African American woman) put layers in my hair. Cut much more than I wanted. You don't layer thin hair!! I can't put my hair in a pony tail it's so now thin. AND the layers aren't even even. How incompetent do you have to be to mess up a trim? I thought it would be safe to get a trim at a place like this. I was wrong. You get what you pay for. To the woman that botched my hair.... It isn't your hair. ASK! And yes, I usually give about a 20-30% tip, but did you really think I was going to tip you?! It's gonna take months to undo what you did! I am so furious.

Great a fantastic fresh cut under $20. My stylist, sorry I forgot her name but she had a foreign accent if that narrows it down, was amazing. She tweaked my cut to fit my stubborn waves and made sure thru thw entiew cut that i was comfortable with my legnth; which seems simple but that kind of service is rare. She has that raw natural talent to give you what you want and what you need at the same time! Fyi the color was my own doing

Second time I’ve been to this location, second time I’ve sat with Portia, and second time she’s knocked it outta the park! Definitely coming back, both times I’ve been in and out in less than 20 minutes with my hair exactly how I asked. Super easy and fast but not rushed like some other “quick-cut” places.

Usually when I come I get good service. I came recently. I requested a trim... half an inch to be exact. the hair dresser cut two inches. She took it upon her self to decide what was best for my hair instead of what I wanted. Now, because of her, I have low self esteem about my hair, something in which could have been avoided if she simply listened to my request. Sure it looks healthier, but now it’s so short I’m uncomfortable. Two inches is a lot compared to half an inch. I’m upset.
