Very dissapoonted and upset with this solan. Went in to get foil highlights, and as nice of a person as the lady was, she did not do what I asked her to do with my hair. She made my hair orange all over. When I about had a heart attack, she offered to put in some toner to correct the orange, but then charge me $35 more dollars for her mistake. By the end of the day, I left there with bright blond hair and it was blotchy on the sides. I was in tears by the time I got home. I called the owner, explained to her the whole situation, and she appologized promising me if I came back she would correct the problem for free! However, when I arrived today for my appointment, she said my hair looked great and that she would have to charge me to make the corrections. So after driving an hour round trip to get there, paying a babysitter to watch my toddler, and then spending 30 min in the waiting room just to be seen, just to be told that i would have to pay to fix their mistake on my hair, you can understand why I would never recommend anyone going here. This was poor customer service, and I am so upset with how I was treated after spending a lot of money and time just to get my hair done.

I went to Chrysanthemum for the first time 9/7 to get a hair cut and my eye brows waxed. I really liked the girl who did it for me. She was really funny and nice. But my eyebrows don't match at all and when I got home I had to fix a couple of parts of my hair that she missed. I paid $30 (with a $15 off coupon) for an okay haircut and eyebrow waxing. I more than likely will not be going back.

Laura did a wonderful job on my hair after many years of poor cuts from stylists that did not hear me. She fixed their mistakes and made me feel good again. She has 20 years of experience and taught. I am very glad I found her. This is a wonderful place.

Hair stylist does not listen well. Showed her a pic of my preferred hair style and it was at least 3 shades darker than I wanted. She looked at the picture, but seemed to do what she wanted not what I asked for. Very disappointed.
