Courtney Sox at Belk's Aveda Salon is a miricle worker! I am transitioning from a golden blonde, full head dye job that was well done (taht was well done but did not suit me) back to alot darker. Long story short: I booked a partial for low lights & a few touch up highlights. Cortney LISTENED to me, looked at my pics and asked ALOT of questions to be SURE we were on the same page. She was very professional and patient and knowledgeable. And sweetly brought me back to the pertinent point when I rambled. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THE OUTCOME (CORRECTIVE RESCUE)! Ditto for the hair cut. I will definitely go back. I am sorry now I only gave her a 20% tip. The 3 hours of color & cut was only 135 bucks! I am used to spending more for a much less pleasant experience from far more "experienced experts". Wish I had left her an extra 5 instead of just thirty dollars since I cannot stop looking at my hair in the mirror!

Courtney is the girl I go to and she is fantastic. After having been to other hair stylists and them giving me some reason why they couldn't do something that I wanted Courtney was like a breath of fresh air! She is super calm and easy to talk to, and all I have to do is show her a picture about what I want and shes like "okay let's do it!" I would recommend them to anyone

Ryan is the best! She knows how much time I want to spend on my hair and always gives me a cut that works!... I haven't done color in a while but when I did she was always innovative with the blend of colors. I highly recommend her and the salon in general.

I got the best massage from Jasmine at this salon! Massages in the past have left me feeling sore, but Jasmine had a unique stretching technique that made me feel relaxed and rejuvenated when I left. Reasonably priced especially considering the products they use! Will definitely be back soon! Thank you for fitting me in
