This place was recommended to me by co-worker. I have been here 3 times. My finally time, they wouldn't even see me because I was 5 minutes late to my appointment...that's cool if that is the way you choose to run your business. Supposedly, the have wine for you to drink while they do your hair but I was never offered any wine.

They stay on a strike schedule and they do a good job in a timely manner. Meaning you don't have to wait on your turn or placed on hold for the stylist to finish someone else in the middle of styling you. Staff is also pleasant.

I'm just over it! I've been here twice. The first time the girl told me that she couldn't blow my hair out because I had natural hair. Then today they tell me they don't accept walk ins. I'm pretty certain it was the same girl each time. It's not worth going here to smell burnt hair and deal with the attitudes of the employees.
