I’ve been getting my hair braided here for almost 3 years but that ends today. On their website they have coupons available, so I printed one out and brought it to my hair appointment and before my appointment started I asked the salon owner if they accepted the coupons and she said yes next, she asked me what style of box braids I wanted and I asked for the $160 size but the $170 length and she told me the price would be $160 since I had a $10 off coupon. Once they finished braiding my hair I paid her 160 and the salon owner started yelling at me in front of the other customers saying that the price was $180 so instead of continuing to argue with her I paid her $170 even though I was only supposed to pay $160. I will never be coming back here again do not waste your money they do not honor their coupons and they will up charge you, worst experience ever.

Just returned from getting hair done, and about to take it out so I can keep my edges and no bald spots. Yes, it's that tight! I repeatedly told Elizabeth throughout this process to which her reply was it's not tight at the root, it feels tight because I am pulling the hair while I'm twisting. LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER, they know when they are in pain. $160.00 wasted, so I want be recommending them to anyone!

They suck. Do not spend your money here. I showed her a style & she continued to do what she wanted. Then when I left I felt helpless. My braids were so tight my scalp was bleeding. Do not go here.!!!!!!!

Made an appointment for 4pm for crochet braids. I arrived about 15 minutes early. 3 people were already braiding hair and said someone else was coming in. While waiting (about 45 minutes at this time) another woman walks in and has an appointment for micro braids. They say another person is coming in for her. Finally, someone shows up. Instead of coming to me (remember, I'm getting crochet braids and they're much faster than micros) she goes to the other lady. I had to wait almost 3 hours for someone to fill ally get started on my hair. If I didn't already pay for my hair, I would have left. Absolutely ridiculous.

Don’t waste your time or money. I just spent my whole day here. Had an appointment at 9am the stylist didn’t show up until about 9:45-10:00. It took her another thirty minutes to stretch the hair. She walked in with two children and that should of been a red flag. She constantly had to stop to do things for them. I understand not having a babysitter but the client is still paying for a service that you can’t effectively provide if you have to stop every ten minutes. Perhaps you shouldn’t work if you have no sitter. Then they’re on the phone all day taking personal calls as if the clients have nowhere to be. I didn’t leave the salon until 8:30pm. So that’s 9am to 8:30pm. Elizabeth doesn’t know what she’s doing. I got box braids today and it literally looks like I have a million braids in my hair. It’s so heavy. They put the thickest braid on the tiniest piece of hair. I’m literally taking it out as I’m typing this. If not I’m pretty sure they’ll pop off at the root in my sleep as they’re extremely tight. I’ll take the 180 lost. NEVER AGAIN.

I will never return here again. All I wanted was four braids to the back which I thought would only take 20mins to 30mins at the most but no, it took almost two hours. Instead of telling me she could give me the exact look I wanted she kept attempting each time gripping my hair tighter & tighter with no, regards the amount of stress she was putting on my edges...so after the 4th attempt & me asking her to loosing her grip I was done & asked her to stop. She stated she was done with an attitude & started to speak in their language to the other women. She kept stoping to answer her phone the list goes on...needless to say my hair is extremely tight & my braids look like I've had them for 2weeks & it's only been 2days. If I didnt have military training this week I would have taken them out & be out of my 40dollars but unfortunately I have to deal with them for a week....if you can help it don't go here!!!!

Too tight even for micro braids. I had sore in head from being to tight. Wanted to take them out bUT i was in too much pain. I asked for 150 braids still did them extra small. Was there from 9:30 -7:15. Just a bad experience

I will never return here!! Should have read the reviews first.. Just horrible experience.. I have never and don't like writing reviews, but this one was necessary.. The style I selected lasted less than three weeks and I went back the next day to tell her it was not the right length, they didn't do anything about it... Total waste of time and waste of money... Please do yourself a favor and try someone else!!! Heck, try it yourself before going here, lol... Just kidding about that part
