My experience at this place was really terrible. I should have walked out before the haircut even began. I don't know if they are also a daycare, But there were so many kids running around and sitting and hanging all over the place I didn't have a seat to wait in the waiting area as they had taken up all the chairs. The girl who cut my hair was obviously not competent in hair cutting or people skills. WORST HAIR CUT EVER!!! She took 1 1/2 hours to hack up my hair. I had mentioned to her the right side was longer than the left, She had told me to come back tomorrow as she had another client waiting. I called on Saturday and spoke to the receptionist as I was pretty upset and was told they were closing for the day at 3pm and to call back Tuesday. When I spoke to the owner Shaina Mongeau on Wednesday and explained the situation she got irate and began calling me names, and was rudely yelling at me. Honestly have never had this treatment as a client and found it to be incredibly unprofessional and downright trashy. The photograph on the right was taken before whoever the blonde girl was that completely hacked up my hair.

Kirsten has been cutting my hair for a couple years now and I am always so pleased with her work. She is so focussed on getting the cut just right! Friendly, welcoming Salon. Such a lovely space - open and comfortable. The free parking lot across the street is also a plus.

After years of dealing with stylist after stylist who sent me off with disappointing if not just plain bad hair, I finally found Shaina and have been with her for 7 years now. I never have to worry I'm not being heard or that the person on the other end of the shears is just winging it. Shaina takes pride in her work and will not deliver anything less than professional results. She truly listens as a teammate helping achieve your vision. As another reviewer commented, Shaina has mastered blond, which in my experience is a real rarity. Her whole team is made up of incredible stylists who have been working together for years. Great location, chill vibe, reasonable prices, and most importantly, the best hair of your life.
