A salon that hires an employee/employees with such poor character is no salon that deserves business. Nina Coutras is an employee at this salon. It is extremely clear that her work or client relationships aren’t a priority to her, considering she is very consumed with finding out where I live, my parents information, and where I personally work to harass me. I encourage anybody who is inquiring about this salon to go else where, truly because their client relationships aren’t a priority and their employees don’t value their work place enough.

I am appalled at the way one of your stylist handles her self in the salon and out. I came in for highlights with Nina and she made it bright yellow when i asked for a nice ashy blonde. My haircut was uneven and choppy and she looked more concerned about what was on her phone then paying attention to me. Then come to find out, Nina has been harassing my best friend outside of the salon. Stalking her address, found her parents phone numbers and will not stop threatening to "pull up" to her job and beat her up. I am sorry but obviously if she is doing this outside of work i could only imagine how she treats the rest of her clients. No person should treat anyone like this. I don't care if it was in the salon or not. I will never return.

The staff have poor experience and lack of knowledge in hair. They gave me the worst service that I have ever had. Just a waste of money. They couldn’t even wash my hair clean, chemical was still all over the scalp on the back of my head and I had to rewash it at home. Never ever come back! I doubt the 5 star reviews were all fake and paid review!
