Always have a great experience with Ello Pretty! I can’t get enough of the space itself. It’s a large, open loft that has a modern feel. The employees are upbeat, friendly and pleasant! You are always greeted right away when walking in. They have complimentary refreshments while you are at the salon. Absolutely love being here! 5 stars for Ello Pretty

I have had the same hairdresser I have been seeing for the past 15 years but recently decided to try to branch out and schedule an appointment at Ello Pretty since my normal hairdresser has been extra busy. I got my hair done by Jenna Roncka, the cutest, sweetest, selfless lady. She did not spare on anything when it came to the amount of love, time and hard work she put into my hair! She made sure every detail was perfect - from the start of her consultation where she asked detailed questions about my normal hair routine to my glam days, to the finishing look where she made sure every piece of my hair was looking flawless. Not to mention she talks you through every step and process so you have an exact idea on what she is doing. The facility itself is very clean, beautiful, and very, very ascetically pleasing. The staff is wonderful, so sweet and attentive to every client and extra supportive and helpful to their co-workers as well. I am a working gal in the spa industry as well so it’s great to see others supporting each other. Overall, a great environment to sit back, relax, and boost your self-confidence with some beautiful hair. I will be back soon for sure! Thanks again Ello Pretty!

after being 5h making me wicks saying that the tone was not what I wanted to repeatedly pay $ 300 and get a negative result tell me to return to solve my problem and when I call to concentrate appointment tell me again in a month and no one can help a shame not go back there or any of my friends I recommend this place a shame

Most traumatic and horrific salon experience of my entire life. The staff is rude and unfriendly but the owner herself is the worst and the one who destroyed my hair. I went in for extensions to match my hair which is red. She ordered blonde ones and dyed them brown and attached them to my head. Charged me a small fortune. Tried to get it fixed went back on my birthday and ended up leaving crying with wet hair because she had it dyed brown again and refused to dry it. Eventually cut my losses and went to a different salon and upon taking out the extensions discovered I’d lost about a third of my hair, which was thin to begin with and the reason I wanted extensions. This will affect me for years to come.

I got my hair done here a month ago, and I'll never go back. I have silver blonde hair, I asked in advance if they were sure they could match the color, I was told yes. After my appointment I had ugly yellow roots, and they said they could fix it a couple days later. When I get in my car I see the disaster that is now my head. I call them back saying they need to fix it sooner. I wear a beanie to work that night and go into the salon the next morning. They tone my hair a few more times and it finally looks okay. A little over a week later my roots are basically yellow again. Now it's been a month, and it's back to embarrassingly yellow roots and I have to make an appointment at my regular salon sooner than I normally would. Not to mention, they tried to charge me $195 for JUST a root touch up, even though they butchered it completely. Luckily I was wise enough to get quoted beforehand and I *only* paid $125..... Still $40 more than they charge at my regular salon, who by the way, always gets my hair right the first time, and their toner doesn't completely fade in less than 4 weeks. Giving it 2 stars because I realise its not the entire salons fault, with the exception of lying and telling me that they were sure they could match my silver, and also for their complete RIP OFF prices.
