The manager is a loving kind hearted person. She called me just to figure out what happened with my experience and she really tried to understand my point. This salon isn’t a bad place! I received a phone call from the owner next day and I hope to get back in to the shop soon. $47 dollars for a 15 minute trim. She was going to let me leave with dripping wet hair until I asked her to dry it a little.
