LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place and so does my hair!! Liana is a fabulous stylist; she REALLY listens and helps her clients set realistic hair goals -- because ladies, ya'll know we can't go from jet black to platinum blonde in one shot! The atmosphere is chill and relaxing, the staff are genuinely friendly and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend this salon!

For some reason this review is being completed with my maiden name but anyway. This was my first time in this salon I had Liana G do a full color this afternoon, she did absolutely amazing!!! She kept the conversation going without the awkward silence I've encountered at other salons, she listened to what I was wanting as well as including her professional knowledge about colors and tones. She is such a sweet person and is great at what she does! I would recommend her to anyone looking for amazing color and I definitely will be back to see Liana for any future coloring or style needs :)

I love everything about this salon...the people, the atmosphere, and most of all, the wonderful work that they do. I have been a customer here for a few years, and have never been anything but completely satisfied with their services. The stylists are all very friendly and knowledgeable. I am the type of person who needs input and suggestions from a stylist (which they are always willing to give) but they will ultimately let the decision be mine...they aren't pushy at all. The hour or so that I spend there every 5-6 weeks are so enjoyable and relaxing, that I always look forward to it so much.

First tried Transformation a few months ago and wasn’t sure how I felt about the salon.. hairdresser wasn’t very friendly but she did a good job on my hair. I decided to return for a second time. I am Extremely disappointed with my 2nd visit. I have highlighted hair which has grown out (dark roots). She suggested a partial highlight since my dark roots were pretty overgrown. She ensured my hair would be much lighter all over on top as I wanted. Unfortunately, I can barley notice a difference in my hair besides my roots area. My hair color is not a light blonde as I asked. For $130 I really would have liked what I asked for. In addition, The hairdresser didn’t ask how I would like it styled (as stylists usually do) and proceeded to put curls in my hair. I felt like someone from the 60s. She was caught up in other conversations rather than paying attention to my hair. Once arriving home I straightened it the way I liked it. I’m so disappointed with the service I received and I won’t be returning.

Today was my first experience at Trans4mation Salon. I can not say enough AMAZING things about this place!! I met Robin randomly last week and she told me about the salon. I was able to get an appt very quickly and the receptionist scheduling the appt was the nicest lady! Brittany did a gorgeous job on my color! I had a pretty detailed idea of what I wanted and she nailed it perfectly! She took a lot of time explaining the process, talking about what I wanted, and made sure we were both on the same page, which is awesome. I felt 110% comfortable with her even though it was the first time I met her. I’ve used the same stylist for years so I was nervous, to be honest. Now - I would trust her 10000%!!!! I will definitely be a new regular customer and tell everyone how amazing the salon is. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming, offering beverages and any way to make me feel more comfortable. I can’t say enough great things about each and every one of them. THANK YOU BRITTANY AND ROBIN for giving me my dream hair color!!!!!

I went in here for the first time- the day before a wedding with multiple dyes and damage in my hair. The appointment, which has been made last minute, required my hair stylist Cindy to come in early to work and agree to do a completely unknown clients hair and she did just that. Cindy was amazing and listened to me and worked with me to get a plan for my hair to make it look great. I will definitely be returning on my next trip home to Lancaster.

Last week I had my first massage with Matt. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. Unlike others, Matt didn't hesitate to target the areas around my knee where I had multiple surgeries. It felt great! Rest assured, it won't be my last massage! If you are looking for a great massage, Matt's your man! The staff at Trans4mation Salon continually goes out of their way to make every client feel welcome. The service is simply the best anyone could want. The decor is perfect for both men & women.

I went in for the first time yesterday and LOVED it! The stylists were friendly and fun, the customer service was awesome! (I was offered coffee, tea, water or wine and a cookie)!! My stylist was Cindy, and she rocked at listening, looking at my many Pinterest pictures and figuring out what I wanted (even though I wasn't sure!!) She also did a root touch up which turned out fabulous! I really appreciated that she did not push to do more services than I really needed, as I was originally scheduled for a full color, and highlight. I definitely will return!

This is my second visit with Hope, and I adore my hair cut and color. I brought pictures of possible colors, and Hope gave me exactly what I showed her. She educated me and talked me through the process of obtaining that exact color combo. I thinks it's the best color I have ever had. I adore my cut as well. I asked for shorter curls in the front, and I have exactly that. I feel youthful and beautiful, thank you Hope

I wanted to surprise my wife and send her here. I know this may seem crazy, but the only reason I didn't is because of the way it looks on the outside. I was afraid she wouldn't know where the entrance is since it could be mistaken for a house. I know the inside looked stunning and the reviews were great. But for her birthday I dont want any confusion or discomfort. may seem extreme I get it. Maybe google maps hasn't updated its pictures , or maybe its something to consider.

everyone at the salon was so welcoming to me, my maid of honor, and my flower girls the day of my wedding. I had a terrible cold and was worried I would look it but they did such a good job with hair and makeup you can't even tell in the pictures. they were wonderful with the flower girls, patient and engaging, warmed up cookies for them, and put in extra curls into their hair to take into account the time until the ceremony and the fact they are children and would play with their hair a bit. all 4 of us looked great until the end and nothing fell out until we took it out.

I was excited to hear a massage therapist joined the team, and booked myself an appointment to treat myself to some self care. Matt gave me the best massage of my life! He has the innate ability to zone in on just the right spots. He was a wonderful communicator, while still giving me time to relax and slip into a comfortable state. I left feeling so euphoric and balanced! I booked appointments for myself once a month for the rest of the year, he is THAT good!

My first visit to Trans4mations was just last Tuesday. One of my best friends, Brittany Plank, had just started as a stylist but I had always heard great things about the salon. After arriving for my appointment I was greeted with friendly faces. Right away they asked if I would like something to drink and I felt comfortable not like I was there to get my hair cut and rush out. Brittany did an amazing job with my hair cut and style. Throughout the appointment she was able to give me her opinions on how to make the cut look best for me and we discussed ideas about future appointments for coloring! I even went back to her a few days later to get a formal hairstyle for a wedding I was attending that weekend and she did a fabulous job! The weather was hot and humid but my curls held all day (and that is no easy task). I would recommend Trans4mations and Brittany Plank to anyone looking for an amazing and relaxing experience, I know I will be back again soon!!
