Beer while you wait, down to earth stylists. Comfortable environment. They actually listen to what you want, which is very important when getting a hair snip. In my humble opinion this place is 5 stars.

I have been going to salon 22 for almost 3 years now, and I would never switch! The stylists are fun and professional, and make you feel like part of the family. They are extremely knowledgeable and will work with you to achieve whatever look you're going for. They don't oversell you, and have great professional recommendations. The only thing is plan to schedule well in advance (2-3 weeks is best) because they are always hopping!

Went to the local millvale event and the workers literally sat there and criticised people hair! Extremely unprofessional! What a way to turn business away. Maybe instead of laughing and being critical, give proffesional opinions that would make people want to come in to your salon? Possibly hire a professional staff that want to help people feel beautiful not embarresed. I could say more but ill leave this review for people to see what kind of people work at this salon!

A fun, friendly salon with experienced professionals. The place is constantly changing for the better - every time I go the place looks better than the last time I was there. And while the atmosphere is always being improved, the staff remains constant and dependable - always in a good mood and willing to go out of their way to make sure you're happy, always looking to improve their skills and try new things.

So glad I visited Salon 22! They took great care of me from initial phone call to final cut finishes. My stylist was very attentive and made sure to ask questions & check in often throughout the cut, to make sure she understood what I wanted and get feedback on how the cut looked to me. My hair is long and thick with a course texture, so sometimes my cuts can be hit or miss. Walking out of Salon 22 my cut looked and felt amazing - I was really impressed and will definitely go back! Solid professionalism, and interactions with other clients also seemed really positive. Would recommend this salon without hesitation!
