the ladies at the front desk were nice but never smiled and we're not friendly. the girl that cut my hair seemed very inexperienced and even had to get someone else to clean up my layers because she wasn't sure how. the manager whom she brought over to help clean my layers never smiled and seemed annoyed with having to help. overall not a very good experience will most likely not go back.

Horrible experience! Clippers used on the back of my neck scratched me worse than a cat scratch. I now have big welts on my neck after paying 20.00 more for a haircut than anywhere elae in greensburg

They were out of spare ribs and side dishes. I had Saint Louis style ribs and these were really good. Not too soft. Prices are on the high side.

Terrible experience. I went to Westmoreland mall to get my son and I a haircut. I waited 50 minutes before someone was available to cut my hair. I declined and left after my son's was finished. The manager said they were behind because the person in front of me had a lot of hair. No kidding.

I wanted balayage and I didn’t get it I basically paid $120 for the center area of my hair to be lighter. Very poor service but really nice people. Will never go back for a dye or color change but they do nice cuts.

Very very very bad. Worst haircut in my whole life. They sent me to another cutter in the mall to get it fixed. What a joke! It was the manager too! I asked if one of her other stylists could fix it and she just told me to leave free of charge. I could have done a better job for free myself!!!

About six weeks ago I went to our local salon and got a very nice hair cut. The cut was $ 28.00 . I went back today for another hair cut and boy did I get a suprise. The cut was $38.00 because they did not have a low end stylist. They just lost a customer.

I booked Bridal Hair here on Saturday August 18th and it was perfection. We had appointments for 6 bridesmaids, 1 bride, 1 mother of the Groom, 1 flower girl, and 2-3 family members. Everyone loved their style, the stylists were quick and friendly, we all were able to keep to our timetable for the day and our hair lasted all night long! Andrea was outstanding- I have ringlet style curly hair and she was able to give me a sleek look that still showed off my curls, with 100% Humidity! Andrea and her team were wonderful, I highly recommend and I will be back any time I need an updo for an event! LOVED every minute!

I was referred here by a family member and I absolutely love this salon. Nikki is my stylist and she helped me find a way to grow out my pixie cut without looking like a shaggy dog. While I’m there for my visit she talked to me about the products they have and the contents in them and how they can really help my hair. I’m excited to go back and see her in a couple of weeks!
