We live out of state and wait to get our hair cut until we are visiting my in laws just so Jonelle can do it. Every time I cave and have someone where I live do it, particularly for my son and husband, I am disappointed. Jonelle never disappoints.

I just love Jonelle's! I go there often for a cut or color which is always expertly done. This past Saturday, they did the hair and makeup for my wedding party. It was a retro themed wedding and those old hairstyles are not easy to accomplish! All the girls looked wonderful and the stylists were so kind, enthusiastic, and professional. I highly recommend this salon.

I really went back and forth for a while now if I wanted to post this review. First off, let me say the women working were so unbelievably kind. Amazing customer service. They were great people to talk with, made me feel like I have known them for years. Unfortunately, my haircut was not the best experience. The girl who washed my hair literally did not touch the back of my scalp. I didnt think anything of it, as I have 0 experience in hair styling. Whatever no big deal. She cut my hair a bit shorter than I had asked but that happens, also no big deal. Then when she blow dried my hair, she had only done about 75% of it. Meaning you could physically feel and see my wet hair. She then asked me if I wanted it styled..confused because my hair was still wet and knowing adding heat to wet hair is awful for it..I declined. She insisted and took a flat iron to my wet head to create curls. I could see steam coming off of my head immediately. I was so uncomfortable but again, considered that maybe she had used some serum that this was ok. The next day, i saw the damage that was done. My hair is FRIED. like unbelievably broken. it looks like I havent had a haircut in months it is terrible. I dont have any color to my hair but it looks like I have bleached and dyed it several times because of the heat damage. These women were lovely but my hair is ruined. I should have spoke up, so I guess if you are going to this salon please speak up if something isnt right..as they are nice women and probably will be accommodating.

I went to Jonelle’s for the first time today— they were able to get me in quickly, they were incredibly welcoming, and I walked away with the best haircut I have ever had. Julia did my cut. She took her time and took care with how my hair naturally lays. I have incredibly fine hair and have had far more bad haircuts than good ones. I could not be happier with my experience.

I needed a quick appointment, booked it online and was given a slot the next afternoon. Again, impressive! The staff is very friendly, excellent customer service. I am disappointed that my hair color was not at all what I asked. I had it done platinum/silver before at a different salon and it took perfectly. I asked for the same thing again and one day later my hair was brassy blonde with hints of white. I wanted to go to this salon because my friend said it was a great place, but I am sad to say I won’t be back.

Jonelle is talented at cutting difficult hair. I am female and wear my hair short. I'm extremely picky about my hair. I have several cowlicks and hair that has a mind of its own! Jonelle knows how to handle those wild cowlicks and hair swirls and always cuts it exactly the way I'm looking for. She is good at listening to the customer and figuring out what they want and making it work. It is difficult to get appointments with her, however. She is usually booked at least a couple of weeks in advance.

Service is quick, professional, and high-quality, all at extremely reasonable prices :) Missy was very nice and social and I felt well taken care of. Jonelle and Victoria did the hair and makeup for my wedding. I had 5 bridesmaids, myself, 2 moms, and 2 grandmothers. THEY DID SUCH A FANTASTIC JOB ON EVERYONE! We all had different styles of hair, some had extensions, some had short, and EVERYONE looked fantastic! All ten of us looked flawless! They were so professional and accommodating, I am so happy I had them....they truly made my wedding day so special! I recommend them without any reservation at all. They were wonderful. :)

Jonelle’s is highly recommended! They travel - are very friendly- customer service is phenomenal- and do an amazing job! I had two girls come to my house for wedding and they were on time and very patient and kind. I was really nervous about my hair because I do it myself but they did a fabulous job! My make up was perfect and stayed on all day but wasn’t caked on. They did a wonderful job so if any brides are looking to make the day accommodating and fun getting ready at your own home they are a must!
