Everyone I intereacted with at JET Salon was very kind. The customer service is genuinely great, but my hair looks terrible. Jen, one of the owners, called me and offered to have a more experienced stylist correct my color. When I declined, she refunded my payment for services. I am impressed by how well this salon treats their clients. I saw Dominica to have orange roots in the back of my head bleached, toner, and a cut. I am not a professional stylist and was easily able to achieve my desired color in the front of my head after watching a how-to YouTube video. My hair is still orange in the back after my appointment at J.E.T. and this is the worst haircut I've ever had. I said it was okay to take a half inch off the length and showed a picture to Dominca for the cut. I wish I never went to this appointment. This cut will take months to grow out. My hair was at my collar bone. It is now as short as my upper lip with very short layers. I won't go back to a salon that would hire a stylist of this skill set and risk this happening again. When I have to look like this for a few months, it doesn't matter how great the client relations are or how low their pricing is. It's not worth it.

I have been using box dye for YEARS even though I know how bad it is for my hair, as haircuts and color can be an intimidating and time consuming process for me. I am getting married this fall and knew I needed to make a change to get my hair back to a healthier state before my big day. Kelly was my stylist and I was so impressed with her professionalism and service. She took so much time to explain the coloring process and steps we would have to take to restore my hair. My hair looks great and I can't recommend this salon enough!

I just got perm here today and Dominica couldn’t have been any better. She was absolutely great! Permanent waves are a difficult thing to do and she handled it like a champ. I have the “Whitney Houston” look I once had only better.

I recently went there to have 90 minutes massage After, getting undressed. And laying on the table, a knock at the door. The OWNERS came in to ask me a health question. I was APPALLED at their behavior. Not only was it unprofessional, but down right invasive. I was told I couldn't receive a massage after giving blood. I was ok with that , I learned something new. After asking the Massues how she knew, she proceeded to tell me because I ripped the bandage off in front of her. When I asked why she didn't just tell me then I couldn't receive s massage she she she wasn't going to talk about it. Well, I have left with great suspicions about "privacy " there and further practices that are going on.
