Worst haircut of my life. Do not waste your money here. The person that cut my hair put no effort into my haircut. She not only ignored my requests but she also did a very poor job. I didnt ask her to fix it out of fear that she would ruin even more than she already did.

Wonderful experience! Felicia, Paula, and Chianne give excellent service. My daughter has super curly long hair and is terrified to have anyone touch it. Chianne worked on her and talked with her about how to care for her hair. My daughter was so happy to not have frizzy hair and her curls just laid so nice. Paula worked on me. I’m always scared to have my hair cut. Paula took her time talked to me asked me frequently to look at it and check it. I usually only see Felicia, since she was not available at that time, I had Paula. So tickled with our service!

I went for a regular shampoo cut and style. For some reason they charge an extra 1.25 for conditioner. A shampoo cut and style is posted at a price of 17.95 and I was charged 19.95 and then 1.25 on a separate line of the bill. The stylist wanted to quit blow drying my hair Halfway through because I was "getting frizzy but I told her to finish it. I won't be going back, I'm not happy with the service and lack of effort. I told her I normally use a flat iron but she ignored that even though a style was supposed to be included. I don't think it's right that I had to go home and fix my hair after visiting a hair salon.
