Unprofessional. Had an appointment booked for 6pm, waited for fifteen minutes and was told they wouldn't be ready for me for forty minutes... which is twenty five minutes after they close on Friday. Places should not accept walk-ins if they know that they have clients booked ahead of time.

Probably THE best place to get your eyebrows waxed! I believe there’s two ladies who do eyebrows, one younger and one older, and they’re both good! They keep my eyebrows thick and shaped nicely without me asking them, although I recommend telling them what you want before getting them done. I won’t go anywhere else in state college as I’ve had issues with other places making my eyebrows thin.

Came here on a Saturday afternoon and surprisingly it was not bust AT ALL. My feet are an absolute mess, and by mess I mean layers and layers of dead skin. These kind ladies here gave me a wonderful experience. They took their time to make sure my feet looked great in the end! I got a cuticle treatment, a leg and foot massage, all of the calluses on my feet removed and my feet are so much smoother NOW. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I have been coming to this place as long as I have been residing in State College. This is where I can get the best haircut, best highlights, best perm in the town. I have tried many different hair style and she knows exactly what I want and would get my hair perfectly match my style. I love this place! The place has been always very welcoming and the same owner has been working on my hair for the last four years. I am a regular customer here.

Good for nails but DO NOT GET A HAIRCUT HERE. The woman who cuts hair did a terrible, terrible job at trimming my ends. I had been growing my hair for two years, so I asked her to just trim my ends and make sure that my layers were still okay. She cut ALL of my hair to the length of my shortest layer (lost about 5 inches) and then started going in circles around me cutting more and more. She looked very exasperated like she didn't know what she was doing. She knew she had screwed up and didn't offer to fix it later or anything. Then I checked my hair the next day: the entire right side of my head was 1 inch longer than the left. No layers anymore. My hair looked chunky and uneven. I ended up going to Looks to fix it. Every other salon in town has a policy for you to come back if you want something fixed!
