Hair Innovations is wonderful! I love the smaller mom and pop feel of the place, and they have a little dog! Makes you feel right at home. Jen has been doing my hair for 10+ years now and I won’t go to anyone else. She does an amazing job and she’s so nice and funny. Highly recommend stopping into Hair Innovations!

Jennifer was amazing! I love what she did with my hair. And the salon had such a cozy, comfortable feel. Would definitely recommend. My one advice to newcomers is park in the garage around the corner as street parking is limited.

Over the 30 years I've been in West Chester, I've gone to a number of different places to get my hair cut. But I was never satisfied until I found Hair Innovations. I've been a faithful customer for more than 5 years, and Jennifer is awesome. I know a number of other women who have their hair cut by her, and what is most impressive is that she can accommodate women with different hair styles and different hair textures.

In addition to a great haircut, coloring and styling over the years from Harry, Geoff and now Jen, I have gained good friends as well.. I would highly recommend this shop. I live 45 minutes away and have many choices far closer, but I would never go anywhere else.
