My daughter and I recently had a wonderful experience at the spa doing the Petite Day Spa Package. It began with a heavenly massage. Next was the facial, which was so relaxing. A delicious lunch was served in a charming area. I recommend the steak. A glass of wine made it perfect! Oh, and the chocolate torte..amazing ! Then it was time for our pedicure, followed by our manicure. All the employees were so nice and helpful...we really did hate for the day to end. I highly recommend this pampering day at the spa. It is a wonderful gift idea for that special someone.

I wanted a mani pedi on Sunday. There are not many places available but I found destinations spa could accommodate me. This was by far the best service and treatment I have received in the area. The environment is relaxing, peaceful and Sallie Lynch did a wonderful job. I also have had a facial by Tiffany Joyce that made me feel and look 10 years younger. I would highly recommend this spa to all my friends, family and clients.

Ripped off! Arrived early for a peducure/massage, could not have a locker for all my stuff, was left to wait over 15min past my appt time, noone came to apologize and tell me she was running late, i had to go ask. Supposed to be 1hr with a foot/leg massage $45. Girl didn't want to cut nails even though i requested it, she did not cut cuticles either, lousy quick foot rub. Uv light broken. My boyfriend got a massage, said it was the worst massage he ever had! Girl rubbed super quick allover the place, table was super hot and she wouldn't take off the heavy blanket , (had a sheet under neath) $156 total ,what a waste. Guess they usually get enough business from the tourists at the inn that they don't care about quality work much.

Hello, I feel as though I need to give feedback from my personal experience from this past week. This was on Tuesday April 19th. I had an appointment for 6:30pm, but arrived early as they asked me to. First off, I didn't feel comfortable having to pay a 20% mandatory tip. That should be my choice reflected off the service I received. Then, to make me pay for that before I even have the service done is uncalled for. I thought I'd have a great experience since it was for a 90 minute massage. The first thing I asked and made very clear was that I didn't care for nor wanted a face and scalp/head massage. That is what she spent the last 10 or so minutes on doing before she was finished with me. I felt as though it was really 30 minutes overall because she did less massaging compared to I guess pressure points? She went and pressed down on different parts of my body at 4 different times, which took about 10-15 minutes each time she did that. When she was finished, I then walked over to meet her for a drink of water. She said I could go sit in the lounging area if I wanted to. Just after sitting down by the fire, she said she was leaving and then I heard her and the gentleman at the front desk arguing about something. That was uncalled for and very unprofessional. I felt as though I was being rushed out. If you close at 8pm, maybe you shouldn't schedule a 90 minute massage for someone that wasn't to be finished with their massage until 8pm. I believe that is why she didn't actually do the full 90 minutes, I also feel as though that is why they rushed me out. I felt like I had paid $95.00 plus $30.00 for a horrible and worst massage experience in my entire life! Also, just because I only paid $95.00 doesn't mean I should get treated any different, it was still a $150.00 service since I was forced to pay that 20% mandatory tip. I will let everyone know how I feel because this is a highly overpriced and highly unprofessional place if you treat others the way I was treated! I'm very upset about this and thought I'd have the opposite experience I did have at the beginning. I'm now aware that just because the price is more, doesn't mean the service or professionalism would be better than a place less expensive. I hope someone cares enough to try to contact me and follow up with this. This is what I left on their Facebook page, emailed them about, told Groupon about and also messaged them on their Facebook page about. It's been almost a month and they still have not made anything up to me. I want others to know how their service is before they try to overpay for probably the worst experience out there.

Just this weekend I had my hair done here by Alanna for my friends wedding. Coming from an experienced bridesmaid, this was by far the best experience I had getting my hair styled! Alanna was very creative with my hair and we both had a lot of fun as she improvised on the spot. Becky, who coordinated the service was amazing at managing my request since I had originally been scheduled for a blow out, but due to weather needed my hair up. Becky and Alanna were able to fit me in and keep the Bride's hair appointment on schedule! I highly recommend this salon's services to anyone who needs a hair cut/style or style for a special occasion. If you are having your wedding at the Inn, rest assure, your girls are going to love their hair! Also, I didn't get my make up done but the make up artists here were fabulous as well.

Very disappointed. The scheduled spa lunch was 30 minutes late...and our services were 30 minutes early, rushing us to finish our lunch! The women's locker room was not equipped...not enough robes for everyone. The services rendered were not worth the amount of money paid and obligating a certain amount for a tip is ridiculous. However, the related yoga studio is fabulous - the spa, not so much!

We celebrated our 10 year anniversary here with a couples massage. When you first walk in, you’re instructed to change into robes. Then, you can wait in their cozy sitting area or their peaceful tea room. Our massages were absolutely amazing. Dana, my masseuse, was magical. I like a firm massage and she delivered! Definitely the best massage I’ve ever had. I had requested that she focus on my neck, shoulders, and upper back. She did such a great job doing this. The massage ended with a neck, face, and scalp massage which was truly the icing on the cake and something I’ve never experienced during previous massages. Afterwards, they provide fruit infused coconut water, tea/coffee, snacks, etc. in their tea room. I was in such a peaceful mental space sitting in the tea room and reflecting. I wasn’t rushed whatsoever either. I would definitely recommend this place, and I want to go back and do a full spa day with multiple services because of the peaceful, no-tech atmosphere the spa provides.

From the start the staff was friendly and accomodating. One of the best perks of Destinations was the on-site access at the Inn at Leola Village. My girls and I just rolled out of bed and showed up for our appointments. When we arrived, the salon had a mimosa bar and fresh fruit ready. It allowed the day to start off with a relaxed vibe. As most brides do, I had a tight schedule to stick to and my biggest concern was getting everyone ready on time. Destinations accommodated my 10-person bridal party with both hair and make-up and got us ready ahead of schedule. Everything went so flawlessly in the morning. We were also the only ones in the salon, so the whole experience was very intimate and special. Now for the talent of the staff: Kate Cusaman was my make-up artisit. She hit that perfect balance between making me look extra special on my wedding day, but still myself. My hair stylist, whose name is escaping me (my apologies!) was equally as talented. My hair came out exactly as I envisioned and it held up all night (and I danced the night away!). Every single one of my girls looked beautiful and the time we spent together is a fond memory of my wedding day. The Destinations Salon and Spa was awesome and I would not have gotten ready for my wedding with anyone else!

Tried to cancel an appointment I had for a facial after the sudden passing of my dog. Was told I would have to pay 50% of the cost of the facial. Knowing that I had not given any staff members my credit card info, I accepted this and hung up. I was called back a few hours later by the staff at Destinations. They informed me that my credit card on file had expired and that in order to charge me the 50% fee, I would need to update this information. Turns out they kept my card on file from 5 years ago without my authorization AND actually thought I would willingly give them that information to charge me for 50% of this visit!

A "Mandatory Gratuity" is an oxymoron. Owner gets to pay therapist less and say "But look, you get 20% more than I pay you because you always get a 20% tip!" Not from people who don't come back you don't.

I've had multiple services done here at the spa each time I've stayed at The Inn and every experience I have had has been absolutely wonderful. This is the only salon I ever get my hair colored because they always do such a beautiful job.

Although the manicurist was exceptionally kind and friendly, my nail polish has already chipped and worn away in 2 days. I was told is was unique and would last. In addition, the reception ist was quite curt and frowning.

Recently took my daughter's for massage and pedicures. Was extremely disappointed that we had to pay a 20% tip BEFORE services were rendered. I have never had this happen anywhere. My massage was incredible and the facility is beautiful. My pedicure was average, didn't feel as though she did a very thorough job, though. Felt more like a polish change than and actual pedicure. Not sure I will be going back anytime soon for spa services.

They include a 20 percent gratuity "for the customer's convenience". Rubbish. They do it entirely for the benefit of their employees. Every other spa that I've been to expects their clients to tip their massage therapist according to the excellence of the service received. Disingenuous at best, self-serving in the end.

It was beautiful and relaxing but they included the 20% tip in the check and made us pay before we even received the services. This was a problem because the tip should be based on how well the massages/pedicures were done. It was good for the most part but at some point my massage therapist squeezed my forearms so hard that they’re now bruised. Also, for how expensive the pedicure was, my nails look somewhat sloppy. Definitely try to go earlier in the day, as I think my experience may have been the result of being the last appointment of the day.
