NWC - School of Beauty is really beautiful and the front desk people are really nice in guiding customers. Appointment needed and very rare you can walk in. Since its college you need to be more patience for the service but you would get good services here.

Chaos And Order

All my experiences with this place have been great, ive never had a conplaint. Ive had haircuts and hair dyed here. Now keep in mind this is a school so they are in training. But i haven't had any issues before.

Went here for the first time and will definitely return. Staff were all nice, and professional. My barber Avian was attentive, sure handed, and gave me just what I asked for. Would recommend for not only styles and cuts, but tight razor shaves and fades as well.

Some haircuts and colors have been great, others have been . . .ggaaaahhhh.. . .Poor customer service and communication skills, lacks professionalism. Students do not really talk to their clients, either very awkward, asking inappropriate questions, or not talking to the client at all. The environment is cheap and uncomfortable to be in. At times, it felt like I was watching a bunch of teens partying, playing on their phones, flirting and gossiping amongst each other while playing obnoxiously loud music in the background. In late summer 2014. my experience was so terrible, I left crying and filed a complaint. All the "L.T." did was text on her phone, talk about her boyfriend and her hair styling skills, sit around like she was bored and had better things to do. When she was done with either bleaching my hair or putting color in it, she walked across the room and talked with her friends. After she was done with the color, she dismissed me. L.T. forgot my haircut, which I politely reminded her about. She then proceeded to do a mediocre job of trimming my hair, not saying a word to me. The only glimmer of professionalism she had was giving me her business card with her name on it, in case I wanted her do my hair again. I thought she was kidding. I really did. When I filed a complaint, I did not get any form of compensation, apology, follow up, no nothing. This reflects how much they care about customer satisfaction and how well they accept criticism. Ever since this experience, I have gone to Phagans and have not regretted my decision. Phagans is slightly more expensive, the professionalism and fabulous services are worth it. Here, you literally get what you pay for: cheap.

Was looking forward to a "Spa Pedicure" (what I made the appointment for) received a regular pedi. That was okay, except she did a piss poor job. Asked for short rounded nails, she left 3 of them angled and pointy, did not smooth the rough edges; did not exfoliate my feet; did not clean under my nails nor trim the inner edges. I have a couple of slightly ingrown nails she did not even touch. She did a minor job on the cuticles. She did give my legs a nice massage! The paint job is okay (painting toe nails has got to be difficult as they can be very small). Overall, very disappointed. Good thing I did not pay the price for what I had asked for.

Have gone there for pedicures and found a very good experience. Professional, too plenty of time and you cant beat the price!
