I went in for a fill as my normal lady was out of town. The girl tried to drill my old nails off and couldn't, had a horrible attitude, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her. I got tired of waiting and ended up ripping my old nails off mylsef so we could get started (an hour in) and left with the worse nails I've ever seen in my life... I left crying, and had to spend hours fixing them myself when I got home. I'm so not ever going to take a chance there again. :(

I was helped by a nearly graduated/fully trained student and I received a uneven trim on my simple hair cut as well as a terrible balyage that was not blended. It was as if they did not know the meaning of the word "balayage". I did not get what I asked for and am unsatisfied. I will be redoing my hair elsewhere. On the other hand, the atmosphere was nice and so were the people. I think they did really want to please but need more experience.

My experience is not even worth one star. My daughter went in for a full set of nails . It took the girl 4.5 hours to complete. It is the worst that set of nails I have ever seen. Upon completion the nails, the nail tech asked my daughter to hide her thumb nail from the instructor so she could pass . My daughter was in tears. The beauty school instrucor would not even return my phone calls , let alone fix them at a discounted rate . I do realize that it is a school; however the end result of the service received (or lack therof) was just as good as a fourth grader .

For me, this has been my best experience of having my hair done in the USA! All the time, qualified professionals are assisting students-who are being constantly monitored and evaluated- to provide the costumer with the best experience that they can have. The cost is incredibly low for amazing care that the costumer is receiving.

I called on 6 feb 2018 about getting a haircut and specifically asked beforehand about bringing my young son. I was told it was no problem and they would be happy to do a haircut. I went over on 7 Feb 2018 at 145 pm and was turned away by the girl at the desk because I wasn't allowed there was my son. Not sure if she had something against men or children but I won't go back to such a hostile environment again.

The place is ran extremely poor... teachers don’t teach and are very lazy and dressed very inappropriately... they made me feel very uncomfortable and like they didn’t know what they were doing when they checked my haircut... the students seem to know more than the actual teachers...

A fabulous experience! It was my first visit -- and I will return henceforth everytime to this beauty school. Everyone was professional, and courteous. The school is tidy, and well equipped with a large waiting lounge. My haircut was every bit as wonderful, and professional as any establishment I have visited in the last few years for the same service. Moreover, a $6.00 haircut allows a person to give a decent tip to the students -- and still be ahead! My particular beautician student was Kes -- and straight up, she's a rockstar! I think people are very critical in general now days. And, therefore, the other reviews are skewed incorrectly. That is my honest opinion -- and my experience!

March 24, 2018 My husband I both had waxing's with Delaney. She was incredibly professional, friendly and efficient. It was a great experience until we were getting ready to leave. The instructor Joan, berated Delaney in front of us, stating she had to review her work before we could leave. Joan said "I guess we could go to the back or I can just check her work here. " We were so shocked we didn't want to make a big deal out of it. She actually had my husband pull his shirt off in the lobby to check her work. Absolutely appalled at her demeanor and unprofessional candor.

I am so beyond disappointed with this school right now. This is my 1st experience with them & not a good 1. We are about to go on vacation, so planning ahead, I scheduled a mother/daughter pedicure appt almost a month ago. Today is when it was supposed to be & they call me to cancel because "the girl doing mine will be in class". Knowing I made the appt so far in advance, I am beyond frustrated that they couldn't figure it out to make it happen. They lost my business before even starting !! Such a disappointment!!

I signed up for the "day of beauty" package (haircut, style, spa mani pedi, facial and male up). My person was sweet but wasn't equipped to do her job, mostly due to lack of equipment. She did an ok manicure. The school ran out of foot buffs. I did not get a hair cut and no facial. The school only had one color foundation which was no where near my skin tone and was out of mascara applicators so we skipped make up. They did discount it some but basically I paid for the things I was comfortable doing at home. The place was also dirty and needed to be scrubbed down. The cabinets had dirt and oil build up from being touched and th corners and doorways were grimy. Again, my stylists person was fine, but the school lacks.

I honestly loved it, I got my hair and nails done by Gavin and ended up getting my hair bleached for the first time to get it lighter blonde and it actually ended up bleaching enough to the color I wanted and seeing as how I already knew him, he made it a fun experience. I definitely recommend him

Hannah gave me an amazing facial last night. Her personable attitude was just what I needed to be able to relax and enjoy. She also did a great job shaping my eyebrows. She almost seemed shocked when I told her how much I liked them. I really wonder about the teaching staff. The are rough and rude. But I will be booking more services with Hannah before she graduates.

I've gotten haircuts here for a few years. About 1/2 of the visits the service has been excellent, but you're taking a gamble with the outcome, even with a simple trim. I've had two negative experiences here. The first being the cut the back of my hair unevenly! Silly me for not checking, but thankfully they let us come back to fix it for no extra charge. The second being, I wasn't satisfied with the way my bangs were cut, so I asked for them to be more wispy. She seemed confused at what that meant and asked if that meant I wanted them to be curled or floofed up more (styled differently) I said no, can you make them less blunt (cut differently) and she offered to make them more thinned out. Which, helped a bit, but wasn't really what I was going for. But I could tell she was just sort of over this appointment because she also asked if I would be fine with my hair only half blowdried. Which, I didn't mind, because I got the feeling she just wanted to be done. She was nice and all, I just didn't expect students to not understand what a "wispy" vs. "blunt" bang was. Silly me for not bringing in a picture I guess. Not a huge mistake, but annoying nonetheless. Would rather spend some extra coin to get the result I want.
