The absolute worst salon I've ever been to in my life!! I paid $100 to get ultra light blonde hair, my hair turned out orange. I then went back so they can fix it and it still looks the same!! Don't go here please! I wasted my money, i could have done a way better job if i would have done it myself. They are refusing to give me my money back after making my hair look terrible.

I paid $250 in all to go blonde the chic who first cut a chunk out of my hair to test it to make sure it would bleach right well that was pointless because it turned out burnt orange and I'm still waiting 3 months later for someone to fix the issue they keep saying they will fix it so until they keep there word it's staying at a one star

They butchered both of my teenagers hair and then stole 50.00 off my credit card. After being told the check was in the mail for the last several weeks I drove an hour back to the city to get a check. They only refunded the stolen amount even though I had to go and get both haircuts redone. When I offered to explain to the other owner Camille what happened she said she didn’t need to be enlightened she was a “ business owner” then told me if I wrote a review she would cancel the check! Seeing as how all this was done via text that wouldn’t be real smart! I wouldn’t take my dog there.

Very bad experience we pay 317.00$ for permanent hair straighting an that employee (lupis) agree to do but the results are not coming proper... so we call on salon an that employee refused to do anything’s an she give her boss number.. boss (Alex) listen our problem am he said that go on salon an employee take care of us an we go over there an she just said I have to do again hair straight so how you like to pay card or cash an we said we are not going to pay another time An that employee show me text of boss that “make sure you have to collect payment.. “ it’s all about my mistake I have to check the reviews an then go over there... And boss also suggests for shampoo and conditioner to remain good hair we also buy from him.. Please please don’t go over there an don’t take a chance.. bcoz our hair is our beauty don’t trust warren salon...
