Jill was excellent, the entire operation works very well with each other and they are very professional about what they do. Went into this location an the first time it was awesome.. The second time went in I never got acknowledged I was even there thought I was checked in an I guess I wasn't so I left. An later came back an after making sure this time i was checked in finally seen my name on the screen lady cut my hair it's not the way I wanted it I was in my church clothes an got hair all over me.. its hard to find a good hair stylist in okc without a wait for long periods of time an someone who listens to there customers

Walked in, sign on front said "no wait", 2 or 3 stylists going in and out of the back room, ended up leaving after 20 minutes. Called to speak with someone about the experience, she had no idea because she'd only been there since 1. Happened around 1:45.

Horrible experience. I can understand waiting in line and all,but to have the "stylists" waste so much time talking to each other, moving aggravatingly slow, and looking in the mirror so many times to fix their own hair leads to very poor customer service. THUMBS DOWN.

Online check-in is a joke! I checked with the stylist, Kiki. I drove over 20 minutes to this store instead of a closer one. I got there and checked in and sat down. After at least 30 minutes and several people being taken back for cuts I was told that Kiki was not there! WTH? But I was able to check in online with her. So, you can check in online with a stylist that is not even working. Another stylist, Heather, told me after 30 minutes that Kiki was not there. She said she was going to call me and tell me so but didn't!! So, Heather was going to call me and didn't but also she couldn't tell me when I walked in. In fact it took over 30 minutes for anyone to say anything to me. Someone, please tell me what online check in is good for if you can't reserve a stylist? I feel I was treated very rudely.

Had an extremely bad experience with them. The stylist completely messed up the back. Been going there for a while but this stylist just totally screwed up, did not even listen to what I had told her. They go through so many stylist that it's tough to stick with just one. Every time you walk in, you don't know which stylist you will get. Time to move to a different salon.

If possible I would give this location less than one star. I have been here several times and love the convenience of location. However, with the numerous visits, I feel that I have had more frustrations than good experiences. The staff is inattentive and slow in all aspects of business. Today marked the day I decided I will no longer be visiting this location. I had a lunch break at work and needed a haircut so I hopped on their site and checked their wait time. It said 0 minutes so I was excited that there was no wait so I hopped on it and reserved my name on their waitlist. It said to arrive at 11:31 for my turn. I arrive within a couple minutes of that time, check in at the kiosk and sit down. There were 3 hairstylists working and attending to patrons, and then me and another individual waiting for our turn. The man that was already there was selected next which was fine as he was there first. Great. More time passed...And more time passed...Finally around a 45 MINUTE WAIT one hairstylist was done and ready for the next haircut which should have been me, right? Well she cleaned her section, great. Organized her stuff, fine. Then proceeded to stand there and chat with her coworker about who knows what for another 5 minutes. About 50 minutes had passed since the time I arrived, checked in, and sat down. Let me remind you I arrived around 11:30 and this was around 12:20. I politely stood up and told them to remove me from the waitlist and grieved my frustration. The staff was confused however they were naive to the fact that people don’t have hours to waste waiting for a 20 minute haircut. When it’s busy, sure waiting is fine. But it simply was not busy and there was no sense of urgency. This has not been the first frustrating experience with this location. If I could urge you to go elsewhere, I’d find another shop in town and save the frustrations.

If you happen to work there please confirm what your notes say before you start cutting. There's a chance that those notes might be very out of date and your fellow stylist haven't updated them. Totally understand that since whenever I'm there there it's pretty busy. Not really excited about my hybrid old and new haircut. It's a good hybrid, just not what I wanted. Got some hair growing to do. I'll keep coming back, I alway do.

Sport Clips consistently provides great hair cuts, beard trims, and free neck trims between hair cuts. The staff are friendly, the ability to get a hot towel and an upper back and shoulder massage makes a hair cut into more of a pampering experience. I would always recommend this location.

Denied Service by the Manager (KiKi) due to Folliculitis, a non-contagious condition (per multiple Dermatologists) I’ve had for 20 years and have NEVER been refused service. Embarrassing and shameful behavior by this “Manager” who I saw laughing about me through the glass front of the store after I left. Nobody is perfect but this was my second visit to this location and the last I will ever have with this company.

My hair was cut by a brand new girl straight out of beauty school. I witnessed her coworker coach her on the spot to fix a spot on my hair that wasnt as short as the rest. It's comforting to know they continue the education of their new stylists. I've always liked this place but this makes me like it more.

Pros: Services and prices are good and reasonable. I like that most of the stylists will angle you towards the TV and generally won't bother you with a lot of small talk unless you start it first. The hot towel and shampoo is great! Cons: I've had a couple of stylists who didn't seem to know what they were doing. They kept asking for help from their coworkers and asked me to style my own hair. I usually let the stylists style my hair however they think will look best. After all, they're supposed to be the professionals. Also, the last couple of times I've gone, the wait has been an hour or more because they only have two stylists working.

This is my 1st time to a sport clips location. Signed in and sat down to wait my wait time with saying I was going be an hour and 15 minutes. Waited for 45 minutes and looked a bed the board to wear your wait time is posted and my times said an hour and 53 minutes left of wait time period they had 3 people in the salon only way of them was actually in the bag cutting hair and the other 2 were upfront checking people in and taking phone calls. Can't say that I was super happy with my 1st visit and I will probably be my last.

Horrible customer service if I could give no stars I would. I’m writing this because I would like the warning personally. I felt very uncomfortable to say anything during the whole haircut. I usually tip 50% and I did still tip 30%, however I was furious about my haircut. She has no business cutting anyone’s hair. “Don’t cut hair if you hate to talk to people, or listen to them”. She was very pleasant to the co-workers during the haircut, however every time I tried to talk I got a glare which made me feel like it was an inconvenience to speak about how I would like my haircut. If you want to throw money at someone to do a horrible job go here, you’ll end up shaving your hair afterwards, as I did the moment I got home.
