Please don't listen to NACFamilys review. I was there in the salon that day getting my hair cut. I remember this situation distinctly. NACFamily was rude and overbearing the entire visit. Picking at every little thing Bianca did. I honestly felt sorry for her daughter...so embarrassing. I also happened to be their today picking up product when NACFamily came back for a refund days later. She was again rude. A stylist was consulting with another client and she just stood there right behind them making everyone feel awkward and then was rude with her comments. I can't tell by her accent she is not from America. I don't know how they do it where she's from but that attitude doesn't fly here in Oklahoma. Scissortale salon is awesome and always has been. I recommend it to anyone with a brain and common sense. If I was Bianca, or the salon, I would take her to court for slander.

They have some talented and friendly stylists here. That said the vibe is a little pretentious & prices are high. Not that surprising considering the neighborhood. I'm not trying to throw shade. It's just not necessarily for everyone.

This place is certainly not what appears to be. I don't see how it can get such a ranking. I saw a lady walk out with her her done and saw how crooked the back of her hair was cut. A different person, Bianca cut my daughters hair. Not coming back for sure. One of the owners tried to fix my daughters front. Disappointed. Paid 25 dollars.

I love coming here. I walk in looking terrible and walk out feeling and looking great!!! Kodie is my hairdresser. If you want to look like a million bucks... Go see Kodie!!! She's the best! Let me also say, that over the time I've been going there, I've gotten to know some of the other hairdressers who work there. They are so nice and as I've sat in the chair watching them do other people's hair and the end result of their clients look... They are great too. Either way, I don't think anyone will be disappointed in going here. Pamper yourself! This is a great place for both women and men. Thanks to Kodie for being the best hairdresser I've ever had!!!!!!!!

I made an appointment with Marcella for 8am. When I arrived no one had shown up to work. It was very unprofessional of them to miss an appointment that I went out of my way to schedule early in the day because I'm busy. As a result I had to drive all the way back to Edmond for my cut/style because I needed my hair styled specifically for a photo I had scheduled today. Thanks for wasting an extra 2 hours of my day, Marcella.

The salon is always clean has a beautiful and comfortable waiting area. I have been seeing Marcela for quite a while, she is amazing!! I have never seen anybody that knows color better than she does. I came to her with messed up blonde and fried hair. She has helped repair my hair and corrected my platinum blonde. Everyone asks me who does my hair because of how awesome the blonde is. Marcela listens to what I am wanting with my hair. If you are looking for someone who can give you that amazing color job see Marcela. Never going to find a better stylist than her!

I would not recommend Tracy to anyone who values customer service whatsoever. She is very unprofessional and doesn't communicate with her clients. I texted her for an appointment and it took a week to get back to me. I tip 40-50% of my haircut. Last time I tipped $10 on a $20 cut. She doesn't respond whatsoever to texts and I am even a new client. When I missed my second appointment because I received no sort of reminder, she didn't inform me that I would be charged $10 when I showed up for my following appointment as a "penalty". I received no reminder of my appointment and she did not inform me that I even missed an appointment. The fact that she expects people to be in constant communication but takes from Sunday to Friday to reply to a text is a ridiculous double standard. As far as the quality of the cut, it was decent, but one that I "hoped would improve over time" if I were to continue. Don't go to her if you want a good experience.

If you want someone to bug you about buying their product the whole time, stain your face with hair dye and now even give you the haircut you asked for Paisley is the girl for you!! Definitely NOT coming back to this place and now I have to find someone to fix my hair. :(

If I could give this place a 0 I would. The only reason my hair looked good was because of dim lighting in the salon. Once I got outsid and actually saw the mistakes my confidence went down... I got home, showered and let air dry and boy was that a whole different story..it looked HORRID. I have full light vanity and could see the unevenness Nothing like the picture I showed her. I called the next morning and the stylist got so defensive and basically blamed ME for HER mistakes? How unprofessional. So I'm on hold for 10 mins and the owner gets on telling me the stylist can give me 50% back of what I paid.. Honey it's not about the money... MY HAIR IS GONE. My confidence is gone. I felt I deserved an apology... Did I get one? No. Not from anyone. If they would take the time and actually put themselves in my shoes... Maybe they would have had a different attitude but I suggest you not going to this salon. Any mistake will be your own& not a drop of empathy will be shed. I'm better off going to SUPERCUTS.

Large salon. There must be 20 chairs and I had an appointment with NOK and she was very precise and meticulous for a man's haircut. The price was fair also for the time spent.
