I'm torn about this place. I've had a few bad experiences. The 1st time I was there Lisa started cutting my hair without me requesting it. She cut at least 2 inches off 1 side of my hair before I stopped her. I came for only a keratin treatment & nothing else (I have a normal stylist I trust but he was out of town). So I had to have him cut even more to correct what she did. I went back to the salon on another occasion & saw the owner for a coloring... that went fine. Another incident involved me attempting to book a smoothing treatment online, it wasn't working so I gave up. The next day the salon contacted me ( which was great customer service) & the lady said she booked me for the treatment. I got an email confirming a different treatment so I texted the lady who made the appointment & she ensured me I was booked for the right thing. I arrived at my appointment & I told the owner what I was there to have done. She apologized & said I wasn't booked for the right thing & she didn't have time to do it. She said she would do the cut I needed & then call me back to schedule the smoothing treatment. Long story short (not really) she overcharged me for a cut (like $90...the treatment I wanted was maybe $130) & NEVER called me back to schedule the smoothing treatment. ***sighs****
