I been here previously for just bangs & it was great! Sadly i went again to get an all over hair color nd cut this weekend on the 24th which was yesterday & the lady MELISSA did a HORRIBLE job i was crting during nd after leaving! My hair cut was as if my 4yr old daughter did it my bangs are so crooked nd short my hair was previously brown dark to be exact nd i jst wanted a lighter shade of brown nd somehow ended up with yellow blonde hair & a nightmare of crying all day i had to buy box color to save me the embarrassment of being seen in public so on top of 125$ i spent i had to soend more money to damage it nd cover SOME of what the lady did! I paid her in tears nd left & called back up there to speak with someone in charge like 10mins after leaving in tears nd someone was as supposed to call me back asap and never did ! I plan on calling an owner nd getting a COMPLETE refund & having SOMEONE ELSE fix the damage the lady did! I think i would if been better off goin to duncan a school instead of a “professional “ never again!

Bellagio did my hair today. He did a amazing job. Probably the best I've ever been to.. He made it very enjoyable and relaxing. Time flew. I told him what I wanted and he made it happen. Very impressed with the atmosphere to. Very reasonable price . wish I could give 10stars. GO SEE HIM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE....

Wow. What a weird experience. My wife (who is pacific islander btw, thick jet black natural hair) goes in to get her hair colored white. (Silverish white to be precise) She showed them the color she wanted beforehand. The woman sets her down and gets prepped for the dye. Starts mixing the products. THEN tells my wife she can't guarantee the color. My wife didn't go there for blonde hair. She said white. So she proceeds to leave. They basically tell her she can't leave without paying for the product, even though its not on her. Still sitting in whatever they mixed it in. She tells them, "i didn't come here for blonde hair, i came here for white hair, why would i go through a several hour procedure and lots of money for the wrong color?" End of the story, my tiny (5'0 115#) wife was surrounded by a group of them demanding she pay for a product she didnt ask for. Resulting in her leaving with a container of hair gel she wont use, and out $20 for THEIR incompetence.

I did a walk-in because I was in desperate need of a haircut. Worst decision ever. The place itself appears to be inviting and open and relaxing. However the hairstylist they assigned me to used her nails to "scrub" my scalp and ended up scratching my scalp so badly that my whole head hurts and feels inflamed and itchy from the scratches trying to heal. I will never be returning here. Quite possibly one of the worst hair salon experiences I've ever endured, and I've had a few.

I went in got my nails done today the lady told me her name was crystal and that she was an instructor as well well needless to say it's my worst experience ever my nails are all uneven she has some cutting into my skin she nicked me several times with the file the paint job is a hot mess it looks like I let a 11 year old loose on my nails terrible terrible job when you pay that much money you expect them to at least look descent but they look terrible never ever again will she touch my nail that now I'll have to pay more to have fixed once my skin heals up

I went in there with my 2 daughters to meet with Krystal to get mani and pedi's. We were there 4 1/2 hours. Paid her 150.00 for what she calls very professional and fancy. Our Polish, so called expensive gel Polish came off the very next day. When I asked her for a refund she got mad. Said no other clients complained about it. After reading other reviews on here I see that that have been complaining. I asked her to fix my daughters nails and she was very rude. She fixed my daughters nail's, but it still came off again the next day. My daughters are gentle on their nails and so am I. Even the manager didn't seem to care. I will never ever step foot back in that place. Krystal is that oriental lady and probably buying cheap gel Polish from china. No what I mean. Don't waste your money on her. It's not worth it and China is already robbing us. Now their coming over here doing it.

Had a great experience I just happen to have a hair emergency and it was 9:00am this nice guy who is also the mater instructor name Ballagio told me he would cut my hair for me I said yes please. He did an amazing job I love my new hair cut he did a total hair makeover. I recommend Ballagio very sweet and artistic hair expert.

Went in pretty late for a walk-in hair cut & was getting quite a bit of length taken off & they welcomed me & got me in a chair within 10 minutes! I had Angela, & she was AMAZING! She cut my hair exactly like what I had explained & was super friendly too. I'll definitely be going back! :)

I Showed up for a cut and color and the hairdresser never showed up!! She told me one day and wrote down another. I took off early from work, which is a 45 minute drive, just to the salon. Which means I lost more money than what the cut and color would have cost, for nothing! Now I understand that people make mistakes, and I probably wouldn't have even been AS mad if she would have offered to do it at a discount, but she said nothing and just wanted to reschedule! If my husband ran his business this way I would be living in the streets! You only get one Star, because I had to in order to post this!

This salon has so much to offer... it is clean, stylish, and upbeat! With that being said, there's a new nail tech there! Her name is Sandy! She does quality work at a fair price and is very attentive to her clients and quality of work. She is also super friendly and knows her way around a cuticle, if ya'll know what I mean! Got a cut from Tia, a barber who specializes in men's cuts and shorter styles for women. I'm very indecisive about haircuts and have no idea the difference in size from a 1 vs 2 vs 3 and so on and she took the time to explain everything and started out with a longer one at first to make sure that I would be okay with going shorter instead of just doing it and having no way to fix it (measure twice & cut once!) And we ended up using a 3 to fade up. She taught me about what a disconnect is if you get a fade which is where the sides don't blend with the top on one or both sides which I had no idea was a thing (no wonder I've never been able to style it like the pics I see of other dudes) kept asking and answering the questions I had to make sure I got the perfect cut I'd always wanted but never acheived. They say you get what you pay for and looking back at prior haircuts from Supercuts and sports clips I see my fade wasn't even blended and my hard part was ridiculously thick! You definitely do get what you pay for and in haircuts that's years of experience and it was nice to have someone who specializes in men's cuts. Her level of customer service and willingness to answer my thousand questions without the slightest bit if annoyance really made me feel special and let me know she's not just doing a cut from a book but customizing it to the shape of my head, natural hairline, etc.. BTW she also provides straight blade razor cuts which I didn't get but I've no doubt you wouldn't be disappointed. Now for the shop itsself. The receptionist was very kind over the phone and I didn't have to wait even a minute, when I walked in the door she and Tia were waiting for me to take me straight back. The place is clean and is well managed and I didn't hear any distracting loud music or anything so I was able to focus. To recap, I've received the best haircut I've had in at least 10 years by a stroke of luck and calling the nearest salon and getting a wonderful barber who I'll continue to use for my future haircuts and again her name is Tia, definitely ask for her! I can't speak about the other barbers/cosmetologists skills but I can say I didn't see anyone walk out with a bad haircut so I feel management only hires or rent's space to people who excell at their jobs. I'd post a pic if I weren't so self conscious and suffer from self esteem issues but take my word! If she ever leaves this salon I'd drive 50 miles for a cut from Tia. Sorry for such a long review but credit is given when credit is due!
