Terrible service! This shop is located right by my work so it would be a very convenient place to get my hair cut, IF they would keep there appointments. I don't write bad reviews on anyone but this place is an exception to the rule, because I have set literally 5 appointments and each one was never held by either of the stylists here! You'll call to schedule and be transferred from one stylist to the other because they say they are busy or about to go home NO MATTER what time of day you call them! After you get transferred to every stylist in the place and a 15 minute call later you are told you can't set an appointment, and they say "Let me give you the number to our sister store" and send you to call a store at a number that never answers. Just go down the road to Walmart and get your hair cut, chances are even that place would be better than here.

Crystal Griffin is my hair stylist and she is AMAZING!!! All the ladies I have met here are always friendly! Great laid back place to relax while getting your hair done!! She even does my husband's hair and beard!!

People typically spend 1 - 3 hours here!? Wrong, i spent 6 hours here on my only day off. I went in just wanting some heavy blonde highlights, i showed Lea the pictures of how i wanted it to look. She said great. Ended up bleaching my whole head gold..then chunks of black..finally ended up leaving at the 6 hour mark. My hair is now black, green & red, probably too damaged to fix so i guess my only option is to shave it off!? Thank you so much Hair Rage!

I typically have good experiences here, but some of the stylists will rush through your hair, not finish drying it, or style it. I had that experience today and was charged full price. My recommendation is to make sure you have enough room for everyone you schedule for that day before you put them down.

I live near Stillwater in Perkins I make the little over an hour drive HAPPILY. I needed my hair done for a funeral. I was unable to find a place near home and got answers like "we don't have flat irons for your hair"... needless to say a bad situation was made worse. Kendra worked me in with no problems. My hair was healthy and beautiful and I will continue going to her. Everyone in there is always smiling and they keep my 3 year old and husband busy enough that they can come along and the experience isn't painful for them. For the first time in years my hair is growing with no split ends or breakage. Kendra has been educating me on how to keep up my hair at home as well as giving me the right tips for what I need to maintain my hair on an every day basis.

My ol lady went in to get her hair cut how she wanted it and the lady said she don't like to do Bob's and decided to do it her own way. Trimmed 3 inches off straight across and charged $40 plus a 4% fee for credit card payment. She went back to get it fixed how she actually wanted it and they completely screwed it up. Of course it don't help that she had blunt wraps laying on her table and was high as hell when doing it. She actually went next door and they fixed it for free. I would highly suggest you take your business elsewhere unless you like your hair screwed up and to pay WAY to much.

I had my hair colored by Jessie Sohrabi and it came out much darker than the color I showed her I wanted. She admitted it came out darker than she expected. She told me she would correct the color but I would have to come back since she had another client waiting. She refused to respond to several texts requesting an appointment or return my telephone call from my message asking to make an appointment. I was a repeat client. This salon has no manager and was no help. Don't go there or use her if you expect satisfaction.

Some don't have any experience except school when they hire!! My hair was supposed to be gray and came out blue because the "stylist" was trying to save money and was in a hurry and didn't "think I needed it lightened, or bleached first", had to keep asking the other girls for help, and I paid 120 for something that usually happens at super cuts or wal mart. They should really be more picky on who they hire!!!!! Name is Shelbae, plus she's gone down to 50 dollar color with cut and style, umm not what I was charged!!! So had to go down on prices, wonder why?! Btw, I had to pick at least one star, but I didn't even wanna do that!!

DONT GO TO WHITNEY!!!!!!Went and got extensions for the first time by Whitney Smith.. BEWARE!!!! Had them start falling out shortly after getting them put in. Contacted her to get them put back in and no time set.. Only after telling her i would pay to have them all taken out and put back in she scheduled me right in. Less than 24 hours later had them start falling out again. Contacted about a refund and she stated no they have a policy against that even though they are independent contractors.. WOW!!! She called and offer a refund then changed her mind.. She did offer to fix them but who in their right mind would go back.. Be careful she doesn't know what she is doing or she just doesn't give a s***...
