My wife was there for 2.5 hours. Just for a mani and a pedi. At first i was mad thinking they were incredibly too slow but now as i write this i think that my wife may be lying to me. The mother of my children lying to get some alone time. If my precious sweetheart wants to be alone for 2.5 hours after spending all week at home with our psycho 2 year old im ok with that. She is the love of my life and i cant “wait” to see those nails

Went on Thursday July 19th to have my 14 year old get a set of nails for her Birthday. I ask the young lady if she did her cuticles and she said she did but after looking closer when we got home they had not been trimmed or pushed back. We went in today and ask them to fix them for her and I was told she needed a fill after only 6 days. When I told the lady she was just in here last week she justified it by saying some kids nails grow faster than others. We were then asked to sit and wait because she had another appointment coming. While we waited they complained and talked about my grand daughter making excuses for why they had not done it correctly the first time. Needless to say after the wait they would not trim her cuticles and just polished over them and said they were fixed. We left very disappointed. Had they tried to correct it for us I would of been more forgiving...but the unprofessional attitude and unwillingness to fix the problem made me decide to write a review. We will never go back again and will let our family and friends know about out experience with Family Hair and Nail.

Hi Anita. I’m the young lady that you mentioned. Sorry for disappointing you but your granddaughter was really like her nails. I did acrylic for her, pushed and cut her cuticles too. You guys waited for a week to come back to ask for cutting cuticles and it’s long enough for them growing back. My boss asked your grandaughter if she wanted her cuticles cut down but she said no, just paint them. So we painted them. And we didn’t ask for refill. We are so sad to see your comment. I do nails with my heart. I love doing this and try my best to serve my clients. We are sorry for... misunderstanding... between you and your granddaughter. And we greatly appreciate our loyal clients that come back to see us. We won’t disappoint you guys. ❤️

Linn Du is the best! I've paid a mint for crappy haircuts and she does exactly what I asked her to do. It is a perfect precision cut. Been going there probably three years or so

I went back in today before work for a refill and was told to have a seat and they'll be with me in just a couple minutes. I waited 15 minutes and then the lady asked me to wait another 30 minutes while she went to run some errands. I am a paying customer and my time is valuable. That was unbelievably rude and I'll never go back there again.

I got in for an appointment the same day and a lady named Ha cut my hair and waxed my eyebrows and she is amazing! She is a perfectionist and took her time and really did an excellent job! My hair has never ever looked better, she is my new hair lady or should i say hair artist! I highly highly recommend making an appointment with her!

I will never go here again!!! My boyfriend took my two children ( a boy age 11 and girl age 5) to this business to get a haircut. He told them he wanted their hair trimmed up. When he got home I immediately left and took the kids back to get a refund. My daughters hair was slanted and the bottom was very choppy looking. My sons was even worse. During the summer we had let him grow it wild, it was below his ears and into his eyes. Imagine my surprise when I saw him and not only was his hair still covering his ears but he now has choppy, uneven bangs!!! It also looked as though she hadn't even touched the back to cut it. When I asked for a refund the lady that had cut their hair came over and began saying that I paid with credit card and it couldn't be refunded and that the manager was not there. I told her that yes it could be refunded and that she needs to call her manager. Then she grabbed my daughter by the shoulders without saying anything to her and forcefully turned her around and then grabbed her head and turned it as well. She said "well if she holds her head like this it is ok." I said no it really isn't and what about my sons hair. She got 3 inches from my face and glared at me for a full minute. She said the man who brought them said to trim it. I told her that means to at least cut it above the ears. Again I asked her to phone her manager. She goes around the wall and has me follow. She speaks Chinese to a woman who then claims to be the manager. ( Remember how she said her manager wasn't there?!) She says the woman has cut hair for 15 years and has never had a complaint, the woman who did the haircut starts getting her scissors out and I told her not to touch my child. This goes back and forth and needless to say I was told I would not get a refund. I was told to come back tomorrow and someone else will cut their hair. I will be going back tomorrow but without the kids and to make sure I get my money back. Stay far away from here!!!!

I went in for a haircut and eyebrow waxing. She plucked most of the eyebrows...I could have done that. The haircut was a disaster. She didn't listen to what I wanted. Just chopped at my hair, it looks horrible. I would have been better off having granny use the mixing bowl. Don't waste your money.
