ill admit its a wonderful salon... however the receptionists areRUDE!! everytime ive gone in to make appointment they never smiles and act as if people bother them when they come in. get new receptionists with friendlier faces, thats your first impression.

I have been coming to the salon since 2009 and have experienced various stylist with no problem whatsoever. I have always trusted the salon to take care of my hair and their service to be top-notch. Today I had a visit with a new stylist for the first time. There was hardly no conversation, it was incredibly awkward sitting there in silence pretty much the entire time. My hair was not only cut 3 inches shorter than I had asked for, it was nowhere near the style I had wanted and the layers are so short that my hair is now thin and I cannot do anything with it. I will never be returning to this salon again. I paid $65 to walk out in tears and dreading the job interview I specifically got the cut for. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, it was a simple layered cut. I asked for my hair to be at my shoulders, it's now in a bad 90's style bob above my shoulders.
